Subject: Important Update on the 2025/2026 Graduation Ceremony
Dear Graduating Students,
Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Following feedback received from a majority of our 2025/2026 graduating students, the Management has been informed that many will be unable to attend the Graduation Ceremony scheduled for November 2026 at the Main Campus. The reasons cited include the long travel distance, the high cost of transportation, and the prevailing security concerns within the country.
After careful consideration of these concerns, particularly the safety and well being of our students, the Management has approved special consideration for those who are unable to attend the ceremony in person.
Accordingly, all students in this category are required to pay the *Transcript and Alumni Fee* of *N15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Naira Only)* to facilitate the processing of their graduation documents and alumni registration.
Students who are still able to attend the Graduation Ceremony are encouraged to complete payment of the prescribed Graduation Fee on or before *30 September, 2026* to enable adequate planning and preparation for the event.
The Management appreciates your understanding, cooperation, and continued support. We congratulate all our graduating students and pray for God's guidance and success in your future endeavors.
