Topic: PLACEMENT OF PERSONNEL
The Mission Gift – They are consecration of God’s power and they have been
equipped with all necessary tools and the staff of office. The mission gifts are in
Eph.4:11 and body gifts are in Romans 12:3-8.
The setting of the kingdom of the Devil – Eph.6:12, (Principalities powers rules of
darkness spiritual wickedness).
The setting of God’s kingdom in the Church. Eph.4:11 (Apostle, Prophet,
Evangelist, Pastors, Teacher).
The 4 officers in the church has been set up by God to face and fight against the setting of the kingdom of the devil, for the church to face and fight properly against the kingdom of the devil, there must be proper placement of offices in the church i.e. An Apostle should not be placed in the office of a pastor or someone
operating the body gifts should not be placed in the office of the ministering gifts or mission gifts, because the grace and ability provided for each office or gifts differs from one another the Supportive Gifts i.e. Body gifts should not be place on the
office of the mission gifts. Therefore placement of offices in the church is a serious issue, so we should try as much as possible by the leadership of the Holy Ghost to do the true and proper placement of personnel in the church because wrong placement
will hamper the programme of God in the mission worker field. For example, Jesus did a proper placement of personnel in His ministry for the work of redemption to be possible, e.g. Judas Iscariot as betrayal, Thomas to prove the resurrection of Jesus
and Peter also to perform his own function, all these happened because Jesus has done a proper placement of personnel for the work of His ministry and the work of redemption, if you put the wrong personnel in the office, the devil will make the best
use of him look for such people to use than to disturb the programme of God, if you have the right personnel in the office, he will receive the right message or language, from God, but the wrong man will find it very difficult to receive from God.
If you put a wrong man in the office anytime God wants His move or pace he will not be able to cope with the new move of God because the wrong man has been
placed in that office, when Moses died and God want to change his move or pace,
God move to Joshua because Joshua has been placed in the right office, because he
is the right person since he is the right man God can now flow perfectly with him
because he will understand God’s message or language. This right placement is
made possible by the missionary, when the missionary has a close relationship with
the Holy Ghost for direction or leadership, in placement we should allow the Holy
Ghost to have the final say. Let the Holy Ghost choose the right man for you as a
missionary. I Cor.12:27-30, I Tim. 31:10, Acts 6:1-3.
RECRUMENT – ACTS 1:21-23
Before any missionary can recruit personnel, he must first of all do proper
definition of mission or his goal before going for recruitment, before the Apostle
who are now 11 (eleven) get someone who will complete them to be 12 in number.
They first spell out the mission of the church and make sure that the person
they will choose to fill the vacancy must have the same vision in line with the
mission or vision of the church – Acts 1:21-22.
The success of all ministry is not all totally spirituality, you must know what
exactly what you want to do, the minister must seek to adopt the “Rabbonni” system
to recruit personnel, if you see people; Your congregation who had the same spirit or
mind you have in your mission, you will gather such people and pour yourself
impact in them your vision, this is called Rabbonni method, you use this Rabbonni
method to develop or train other discovered ministers in your church, Never accept
any Bible College Minister as one of your Personnel, because they may not have the
spirit of mission or vision. You are operating
Jesus uses this Rabbonnic system to train the Apostle. Even if you have the
so-called minister in your church who had gone through Theological College, you
must let him understand and go through your own Baptism through your system of
Rabbonnic Method the best way you can recruit manpower to produce manpower is
through Rabbonnic method.
There is transparent of spirit and vision, that is, there is impartation of self or
yourself into the people or minister you are training, remember that it takes pastors
to produce pastors etc.
B. HUMAN MANAGEMENT
Your ability to manage the people or your ministers whom you have trained
by yourself determines your success see the example of Nehemiah, Neh.4:13-23 this
is the effective mobilization and the management amongst the people, you can
manage the people very well through the right communication and as well through
the right language, Let your Yes be yes and No be no, be specific in your
communication and direction, don’t say a word and swallow it up again, it will
ridicule your personality and you will lose your honour before the people, be
specific in whatsoever you do.
There are 3 categories of people in the church
(1) Your Own – They are permanent and loyal to you no matter the situation they
will stay with you.
(2) God’s Own – These are the people sent to your church to be trained and after
their training or graduation they will go and live you maybe to be usefully for
God somewhere else.
(3) Devils Own – The protect the interest of the Devil in the church these are the
representative of the devil, they say if we cannot win him lets join him, to
hinder his work.
