DAY 29 OF AUGUST PRAYER AND FASTING ONGOING REFLECTION YEAR 2026

Topic: Have a gratitude of Praise.
Child of God praises is the fastest way to have God's Blessing and an access into His presence. It is always said that when you praise God in what he has done He will do more to you likewise men. Having a grateful heart of Praise and attitude of appreciation make one access whatsoever he is looking for. The Psalmist always recognizes Him for his faithfulness, His Love Endures Forever: God's steadfast love and mercy never stop, providing a constant foundation for gratitude (Psalm 107:1). And with this grateful heart he keeps praise Him. Fellow believers, Praising Him is our task to return whatever he has done for us.
He is Good: God's inherent nature is good, kind, and just in all circumstances (Psalm 107:8) His Character is worthy of emulation. Coming to the end of the August fasting and reflection we ought to praise God more so that we can have access into his throne.
"Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power" - Psalms 150:1
why do we praise God.
1. For he Gift of Salvation:
He offers forgiveness of sins and eternal life through Jesus Christ (John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-9).
2. He Supplies Our Needs:
God faithfully provides daily physical and emotional necessities (Philippians 4:19).
3. He Heals the Brokenhearted: God through his power brings comfort, mends physical and emotional wounds, and restores the soul (Psalm 147:3).
3. He is Always With Us: God promises never to leave or forsake His people, offering constant companionship (Hebrews 13:5).
