USE THE MANUAL

Today's Quote:

The Bible is God’s manual for life.

Scripture Verse:

“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” – Joshua 1:8

Think about when you get a new gadget—maybe a phone or a laptop. It's super cool, but you don’t always know exactly how to set it up or make the most out of it. So, what do you do? You grab the manual, right? The manual is your cheat code for figuring it all out, making sure you use it the right way and get the longest life out of it. But here’s the thing: it’s not enough to just read the manual—you have to follow it. If you don’t, you won’t unlock the full potential of the product.

Well, God gave us a manual for our lives, too. And that manual is the Bible. It’s not just some book; it’s packed with the wisdom and instructions you need to live your best life. The Bible isn’t just a collection of stories—it’s a guide to help you thrive and succeed in every area of your life. Just like that new phone won’t work properly if you don’t read the manual, your life won’t reach its full potential without following God’s Word.

Imagine you just bought a new phone, and you're having trouble with the settings. The smart thing to do? Look at the manual! The manufacturer knows you didn’t create it, so they gave you a guide to help you figure things out. Sometimes, the issue is something you can fix by just reading the manual. Other times, if there’s a bigger issue (like a factory defect), the manual tells you exactly how to return it to the manufacturer. It’s all in there.

Now, sin messed up the whole human race—kind of like a factory defect. But Jesus came to make everything new again. When we give our lives to Him, it’s like returning the product back to the manufacturer. And as we dive into His Word every day, we’re going to see how to live life at its fullest. Paul talks about this in Acts 20:32, where he says: “And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.”

PROPHETIC INSTRUCTION:
Use God’s manual (the Bible) to level up in life—get that success, divine health, stronger relationships, salvation, eternal life, and even financial prosperity.

CONFESSION:
Everything I need to live my best life is in God’s Word. Today, I choose to follow His manual and live according to His instructions.

Title: CONNECT WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT

Today’s Quote:
The Holy Spirit is your best friend, given to you by God for your good.

Scriptural Verse:
"For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God." (1 Corinthians 2:11)

As a believer, one of the most valuable connections you can have is with the Holy Spirit. He is not just a distant figure, but someone who desires an intimate relationship with you. To truly know the Holy Spirit is to understand His heart—what excites Him, what grieves Him, and how He works in your life. The Holy Spirit was given to you by God, not just as a helper, but as your closest companion, guiding you to fulfill your divine purpose on earth.

Unlike any other relationship in your life, the Holy Spirit doesn’t need you to explain yourself over and over because He knows you better than you know yourself. He was there when you were created, and He knows your deepest wounds, hurts, and fears. But He also sees the greatness within you and the future God has planned for you. The Holy Spirit is not intimidated by your present struggles; He has a vision for your future that will lead you to victory.

If you will trust Him, He will shape you into something extraordinary—just as Jesus trusted the Holy Spirit to raise Him from the dead after Calvary. There is no challenge too great for the Holy Spirit to help you overcome. Every time you speak in tongues, you are connecting with the Holy Spirit, allowing Him to express Himself through you. As Romans 8:27 says, He intercedes for you according to the will of God, praying the perfect prayer that brings the solution you need. He knows the exact word or action to dissolve your problems and paralyze your enemy.

The Holy Spirit is called the Spirit of life and peace (Job 33:4), the Spirit of knowledge and wisdom (Ephesians 1:17), the Spirit of counsel and might (Isaiah 11), and the One who will guide you into all truth (John 16:13). When you're confused, He gives wisdom; when you're tired, He refreshes you; when you're uncertain, He offers counsel. Take a moment today to connect with the Holy Spirit. Open your mouth, speak in tongues, and give Him the opportunity to express Himself through you. Let Him reveal Himself more intimately to you and make your life a testimony of His power and presence.

Prophetic Instruction:
He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself.

Confession:
Holy Spirit of God, you are my best friend, my helper, my intercessor, and my strength. I want to know you more today. As I speak in tongues, reveal yourself to me in a deeper way, and make my life fruitful for Your glory.

Title: WHAT WILL JESUS DO?

Today’s Quote: "Everything we do is dependent on a model."

Scripture Verse:
"Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did."
— 1 John 2:6 (NIV)

As human beings, we learn primarily through observation. The saying, "People do more of what they see than what they hear," rings true. Our parents or guardians are the first role models we encounter, followed by siblings, peers, teachers, and other authority figures. Much of this learning is informal, absorbed often unconsciously. We mimic what we like in others and discard what we don’t. Over time, we become a mixture of these influences, and as we mature, we refine who or what we model ourselves after.

We all have role models for different aspects of our lives, whether consciously or subconsciously. What exactly is a role model? A role model is a pattern, an example we follow in how we act, think, and behave. For instance, a little girl may unconsciously adopt her mother as her role model for how she cooks, interacts socially, or handles emotional situations. As she grows, she may decide to adopt only certain characteristics, like her mother’s approach to prayer or how she handles anger, and at the same time, adopt her father’s humour or her friend’s sense of style.

In life, whether we are aware of it or not, we model ourselves after specific people in certain areas. Whenever faced with a challenge or situation, we often rely on the “code” in our mind—the blueprint of behaviors and solutions we've learned from these role models. While it may seem random or haphazard, in reality, our behavior is a result of the patterns we’ve decided to adopt. This can be a conscious decision or something influenced by a deeper program we’ve installed over time.

When we’re confused about how to act, it’s often because we haven’t clearly chosen a role model for that particular situation. The key to putting your best self forward is to deliberately select a model for every area of your life.

When faced with challenges, decisions, or difficult situations, take a moment to pause and ask yourself, “What will Jesus do?” Then, make it your mission to act in accordance with that answer. Jesus is the perfect example of love, wisdom, and righteousness. His responses to adversity were always grounded in compassion, truth, and faithfulness.
As you navigate today, whether in your relationships, work, or personal life, allow His teachings and example to guide your actions. By asking "What would Jesus do?" you not only align yourself with God's will but also honour His presence in every circumstance.

PROPHETIC INSTRUCTION:
In every situation, whether big or small, pause and reflect on how Jesus would respond. Act with the same love, grace, and wisdom He demonstrated. Let His life be the blueprint for your choices today.

CONFESSION:
Jesus is my role model for everything. Becoming more like Him every day is my goal and aspiration. Today, I will make choices, both consciously and subconsciously, that will reflect this ambition.

Title: THE POWER OF DAILY CONFESSIONS

Today’s Quote: "Words are the raw materials for miracles."

Scripture Verse:
"Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways."
— Job 22:28

Speaking things into existence is part of the divine nature we share as believers, as described in 2 Peter 1:4. This same powerful mouth that can create can also destroy. As seen in Numbers 16, when Moses spoke, the earth swallowed up rebellious Korah and his company, and fire from heaven consumed those who offered unauthorized incense. Proverbs reminds us that "life and death are in the power of the tongue"—what we speak can either promote life or decree death upon negative forces in our lives.

Daily confessions are not just a spiritual exercise but activate your personal prophetic ministry. The prophetic isn't just limited to ordained ministers, but to every believer. Joel 2:28 tells us that in the last days, sons and daughters will prophesy. In 1 Corinthians 14, Paul encourages all believers to speak words that edify, comfort, and exhort. When you make daily confessions, you prepare yourself for prophetic declarations that shape your life and your destiny.

When you speak things into existence through daily confessions, you align yourself with God's power. Numbers 14:28 reminds us that what we speak in God's hearing is what He will act upon. Your words become the raw materials God uses to manifest your desires and breakthroughs. Psalms 81:10 says, "Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it," meaning God will work within the parameters of your declarations.

Through daily confessions, you also take responsibility for your life and declare God's will for your future. Job 22:28 declares, "Thou shalt decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee." Similarly, Matthew 18:18 reminds us that whatever we bind on earth is bound in heaven, and whatever we loose on earth is loosed in heaven.

As a believer, you are both a king and priest. As a king, you issue decrees that must be obeyed by the heavens and the earth. Your words open the portals of the supernatural to enforce God's will in every area of your life.

PROPHETIC INSTRUCTION:
The power to speak for the manifestation of good and for the disappearance of evil comes upon you now.

CONFESSION:
With my mouth, I command blessings and prosperity upon my life. I speak death upon all evil curses and negatives operating in my life. I make righteousness my ruler and peace my governor.

REGAINING CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE

Today’s Quote: Whatever you cannot control will control you.

Scriptural Verse:
"…for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bo***ge" (2 Peter 2:19).

Many people tend to blame everything that isn’t working in their lives on outside circumstances. They create powerful excuses for their failures and shortcomings. They avoid useful feedback, resist learning new skills, and waste precious time on things that don't matter. They refuse to invest in their future, always argue, and never ask for advice. The truth is, when you refuse to learn from your mistakes and grow from them, you only keep repeating them.

People who live this way are stuck in their automatic, conditioned responses—responses that they’ve learned over time and now act out without thinking. These conditioned responses happen in interactions with spouses, children, colleagues, customers, and the world around them. For the most part of their day, they are like a bundle of automatic reflexes, responding without control. They live a robotic life and, sadly, they accept this as their reality.

There’s nothing inherently wrong with automatic responses. In fact, as humans, our goal is to program ourselves to respond automatically to various situations. But if that programming is faulty, if your automatic responses are wrong, then you're setting yourself up for failure. This is when you lose control of your life, and your "alter ego" (as psychologists call it) or "carnal nature" (as the Bible refers to it) takes over. This part of you tends to make decisions when you're anxious, fearful, indecisive, or evasive.

If you find yourself often regretting decisions, questioning your actions, or saying things like, “I don’t know what came over me”—it’s a clear sign that you're being driven by a wrong program. The unfortunate result of this kind of living is a life stuck in repetitive cycles. You keep facing the same problems with the same people year after year. You might find yourself going in circles, feeling like you're walking the devil’s treadmill. If nothing in your life has changed in the past year, it’s because a wrong program is running in your mind, keeping you stuck.

PROPHETIC INSTRUCTION
This week, think before you act, and be willing to let go of what isn’t serving you.

CONFESSION
I will not go around in cycles. I refuse to repeat mistakes or make excuses for who I am and where I am in life. I pay attention to my motivations and actively program myself for success.

RELEASE THE PAST TO EMBRACE THE FUTURE

Today’s Quote: You suspend your future when you replay your past.

Scripture Verse:
"Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you" (Ephesians 4:31-32).

To nurse a grudge means to hold onto feelings of resentment and ill will toward someone. This could be due to their actions or inactions. When you nurse a grudge, you tend to it like a mother would care for a baby or a nurse would care for a patient. You replay the hurt over and over in your mind, refusing to forgive and continually nourishing the bitterness with your focus. And when you focus on a grudge, you amplify the hurt, letting it take over your thoughts and ultimately your life.

In life, you will encounter many opportunities to be offended. People will hurt you—some intentionally, others unintentionally. But the real harm comes when you keep reliving the offense long after it has happened. When you replay past hurts in your mind, you're not only living in the past, but you're also suspending your future. You continue to hurt yourself with the pain that someone else caused, even after that person has moved on.

It’s true that many people struggle to process hurt. But the solution is simpler than it seems: it all comes down to obedience. God commands us to forgive—seventy times seven times a day. While this number isn't a limit, it shows us that no matter how many times we’re hurt, we must learn to forgive and let go. Surrendering to God's wisdom in the face of offense is one of the healthiest things you can do for your emotional well-being.

Some people think that forgiving someone means allowing them to take advantage of you, but that’s not the case. When you forgive, you are doing it for your own healing. Unforgiveness is toxic to your body—it can lead to sicknesses like cancer, arthritis, and strokes, among others. Many times, simply forgiving others can lead to miraculous physical healing. Kenneth Hagin, a renowned healing minister, found that before healing sessions, teaching on forgiveness was more effective than the healing lines themselves.

PROPHETIC INSTRUCTION
Unforgiveness poisons your body and soul. That is double loss. Refuse to be a victim of unresolved hurts; hand them over to God. Forgive and be healed.

CONFESSION
I refuse to perpetuate the hurts of others in my life. I choose to forgive and let go. Instead of nursing my grudges, I will nourish myself into a healthy state of mind, free of past offenses, and open to the love of God.

THE POWER OF A BOOK

Today’s Quote:
Information and education lead to civilization and transformation.

Scripture Verse:
"And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the Lord is his treasure" (Isaiah 33:6).

Many people, especially in some parts of the world, doubt that reading a book can provide the solution to their problems. A particularly disturbing joke that I once heard says, “If you want to hide something from an African, put it in a book.” The idea is that people, especially in some cultures, tend to overlook books when searching for answers to life’s questions. However, the reality is that what you're searching for in life and how to obtain it can often be found in a book. The key is finding the right book.

What sets developed nations apart from developing ones is the level of education. The literacy rate in a society is a common indicator of its level of civilization and the standard of living of its people.

One quote that has consistently guided me says, “Leaders are readers.” When Joshua succeeded Moses as leader of Israel, his task was to lead the Israelites into the Promised Land. This land was filled with giants and skilled warriors, while Israel’s army was inexperienced. Yet, God’s plan for Joshua’s success can be found in Joshua 1:8:
"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success."

All of humanity's knowledge and wisdom can be found in books. The library, therefore, is one of the most powerful places on Earth. Those who walk through its halls are walking the corridors of power. If you step into the home of a great and influential person, you'll always find a personal library or study. Great individuals have a habit of reading and learning continually. Through reading, we fill our minds with knowledge, which, when processed, leads to wisdom. When applied, wisdom gives us understanding. These qualities—wisdom, knowledge, and understanding—are the cornerstones of greatness, and they are accessed through diligent study, reading, and application.

Sadly, today's generation is so distracted by numerous things that they often neglect the practice of reading books or seeking education. Education is defined as the process of acquiring knowledge, enhancing reasoning, and judgment, and preparing oneself intellectually for a mature life. Education must go beyond formal classrooms. It requires us to read and learn from sources outside our academic syllabus. Progress in life, both intellectual and material, is directly tied to education.
God will prosper you mentally before He prospers you financially. What will set you apart is the kind of books you read each day. Your next level may be hidden within the pages of a book. May God lead you to that book, and may you have the discipline to read it and apply its wisdom.

PROPHETIC INSTRUCTION
Those who doubt that reading a book can solve their problems should remember that the Bible itself is a book—and within it, we find all the answers to life’s questions and all the solutions to humanity’s problems.

CONFESSION
Whatever is hindering me from cultivating a culture of reading and studying the books that will transform my life dies today. I now desire and receive an insatiable hunger for reading books that will enrich me, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

LIVING BEYOND LIMITATIONS

Today’s Quote:
“Limitations are opportunities to create new realities.”

Scripture Verse:
"To all perfection I see a limit; but your commands are boundless." — Psalm 119:96

Limitation is a word that often governs human behaviour. It serves to remind us of our humanity, keeping us within certain boundaries. This concept tells us what we can or cannot achieve, what is possible and what isn’t, and how far we can go in pursuing any goal. It becomes a measure of what we expect from ourselves and what we believe is out of reach. While limitation might seem to define our reality, it is, in fact, an opportunity to create new realities.

From childhood, we are taught boundaries—what we can and cannot do, where we can and cannot go. We are taught moderation, and we’re reminded that as humans, we have limits, while only God is limitless. These teachings are for our safety and growth, helping us mature into responsible adults. However, while boundaries are necessary, they can sometimes stifle creativity and innovation. When we accept these limits without question, we hinder our ability to dream big and achieve the impossible.

True creativity is about imagining the impossible and finding a way to make it possible. To be truly innovative, we must remove the mindset of limitation. If we let caution or restrictions control us, we may avoid risks and opportunities that can propel us toward greatness.

Caution tells us to proceed carefully because there may be danger, and restrictions outline the boundaries of what we can or cannot do. It’s good to be cautious, as it helps us avoid mistakes, but when taken too far, caution can turn into a fear of failure, preventing us from stepping out and pursuing our dreams. Restrictions, often set by authority figures, can become walls confining us from venturing into the fullness of our potential.

To truly stand out and break new ground, we must be willing to take risks. Without taking chances, we limit our ability to grow. Whether the limitation you face is a physical condition, a background, or any other factor that makes you feel confined, remember that limitations are only reminders of our humanity. But within you resides a supernatural God, empowering you to turn impossibilities into possibilities.

Prophetic Instruction
You are a limit breaker, a pacesetter, and a game changer. I see you advancing unstoppably into your next level.

Confession
I am a limit breaker, a pacesetter, and a game changer. I advance unstoppably into my next level.

THE FIGHT FOR YOUR SOUL

Today’s Quote:
“Satan is not after your possessions; he is after your soul.”

Scripture Verse:
"And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will show to you today: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen today, ye shall see them again no more forever. The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.” – Exodus 14:13-14

There is a battle going on whether you realize it or not. If you pay close attention, you’ll see evidence of this struggle all around you. For many, it’s evident at work, trying to hold onto their jobs while dealing with corporate politics. For others, the fight is mental, navigating emotional turbulence and the ups and downs of relationships. I have seen people facing physical disabilities, grieving the loss of loved ones, and dealing with personal struggles. Life throws challenges at us, and we are all engaged in this fight.

This battle is designed to cause setbacks on your journey through life, potentially impacting you for eternity. It’s not just about your earthly possessions; your spiritual inheritance is at stake as well. The fight is for spiritual territory. Satan is not after your things—he’s after your soul. His goal is for you to spend eternity with him, separated from God.

However, you have an advantage in this fight. If you refuse to lose heart and refuse to give up, you will win. Stand your ground and victory will be yours.

Paul’s advice to his young protégé, Timothy, was clear: “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life…” (1 Timothy 6:12). This is not a time to be passive or pretend the battle isn’t real. Get into battle mode and fight the good fight of faith. Paul calls it the good fight, because if it’s a fight worth winning, it’s one that you will triumph in.

God has programmed you to win this fight, and you will emerge victorious, laying hold of eternal life. Eternal life isn’t just a quantity of life; it’s a quality of life—a life in fellowship with God, now and forever.

In 2 Timothy 4:7-8, Paul declares: “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.”

Losing is not part of God’s plan for you. The devil cannot defeat you. God has already granted you victory. If you desire and love Christ’s appearing, the crown of righteousness is laid up for you. We naturally draw near to what we love and away from what we fear. Keep your focus on Him, and victory will always be yours.

Prophetic Instruction
Fear not, for the One who fights for you is mighty. Your victory is already secured.

Confession
God fights for me, therefore my victory is guaranteed.
