This very act reaffirms the chapter’s unwavering commitment to support ABASites and to also serve as an encouragement to all ABASites whom have been committed to doing the Father's work.

*ABAS AKWAPOLY OBSERVES HER MONTHLY SANITATION WITH BREAKFAST*

Today, *22nd August 2026, the Association of Brotherhood Academic Scholars, (ABAS) AKWAPOLY Chapter* once again stepped out in service for her monthly sanitation exercise at 223 Aba road bethel.

True to our commitment, we set out early to fight dirt, clear blocked drains, and restore order to the spaces we worship and learn in.

This month was extra special. *After the work, ABASites shared breakfast together.* The breakfast wasn’t just food, it was unity, gratitude, and a reminder that the hands that work together also eat together.

To every ABASite who showed up, swept, packed, scrubbed, and stayed back for the fellowship,*thank you.* Your selfless spirit is the heartbeat of ABAS.

As we continue this monthly charge, we pray that our Holy Father strengthens us for greater works. Together, we will keep raising the banner of service until our campus reflects the excellence we stand for.

UPHOLDING THE MANDATE: ABAS AKWAPOLY EMBARKS ON CAMPUS EVANGELISM

On the 1st of July 2026, The Association of Brotherhood Academic Scholars, ABAS AKWAPOLY, embarked on an Evangelism to commemorate the 47th Anniversary of ABAS International.

As part of this, the Chapter embarked on an evangelical outreach focused on emphasizing and disseminating the gospel of "PRAYER".
The outreach was aimed at helping students and the institution at large to understand the need for prayer, why we have to pray, when to pray, and how to pray.

The outreach concluded with a fruit feast and ABASites encouraged one another to uphold Evangelism as a core mandate of the Association.

The chapter will always continue to expressed profound gratitude to the Holy Father for His unwavering love and guidance toward His children.

It was a moment of nostalgia and ecstatic joy as the 47th Anniversary Celebration of the Association of Brotherhood Academic Scholars (ABAS) International officially commenced today, with the Holy Father, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, graciously flagging off the week-long celebration.

Our Holy Father declared abundant blessings upon all ABASites across the globe and called on every ABASite to key into this year’s anniversary celebration, assuring them that enormous blessings await all His children.

*MINDS SHARPENED, SPIRITS LIFTED: ABAS AKWAPOLY CONVENED FOR WEEKLY ACADEMIC CLASS*

The *Association of Brotherhood Academic Scholars (ABAS AKWAPOLY)* convened an academic session on Wednesday, 24th June 2026, as part of preparations for the forthcoming *47th International ABAS Anniversary*

During the session, scholars engaged in a profound exchange of ideas. Discussions centred on academic varieties including *Debate Topics, Spoken Word Challenges, Quizzes, and IQ Competitions* all designed to sharpen intellect and strengthen the Chapter’s representation at the international anniversary.

The academic session provided an avenue for growth and development. ABASites gladly engaged meaningfully and were able to learn, unlearn, and relearn from various research topics.

Bible study, watch and pray session were also observed as part of the preparation for evangelical outreach on campus, reflecting the core mandate of the Association, with *"PRAYER"* as the central theme of the Gospel.

The Chapter continues to express heartfelt gratitude to the Holy Father for His unwavering sustenance and guidance throughout the years.

*SERVICE IN ACTION: ABAS AKWAPOLY EMBARKS ON MONTHLY SANITATION*

Today, 20th June 2026, the Association of Brotherhood Academic Scholars,ABAS Akwapoly Chapter carried out an impactful sanitation exercise at the campus worship center, E-block.

This exercise is part of our monthly commitment to a healthier learning environment. It is deliberate action against dirt, blocked drains, and litter, because sanitation is not just appearance, it is public health, safety, and respect for the spaces we use daily.

We hold firmly to the belief that what we value, we protect. By taking responsibility for our school compound, we strengthen the bond between ABAS and the institution, showing that service is not just spoken, but lived. Though the work may seem routine, its impact is lasting, reducing health risks, restoring dignity to our surroundings, and setting a standard for others to follow.

To every Abasite who showed up, rolled up their sleeves, and gave their time selflessly, we say thank you. Your dedication embodies the spirit of ABAS and proves that collective action creates real change.

As we continue this monthly charge, may the Holy Father strengthen our hands for greater works. Together, we will keep raising the banner of service and working toward a cleaner, safer, and more united campus.

📢 ABAS AKWAPOLY CONVENED HER FIRST CONGRESS OF THE SEMESTER

The Association of Brotherhood Academic Scholars (ABAS) AKWAPOLY chapter, on Thursday, 11th June, 2026, held its weekly congress at her worship centre on campus, marking the beginning of another session of purposeful engagement and collective commitment.

The meeting provided an avenue for ABASites to review the chapter's vision, discuss key issues, outline strategic plans, and deliberate on matters essential to the growth and effective functioning of the chapter.

One of the important agenda, was the discussion of the upcoming events; 4th edition of the BCS inter-religious world conference, ABAS Int'l week, and ABAS Akwa Ibom State convocation.

The congress was further graced by the presence of the Students Union Government (SUG) President of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic and his chief press secretary. In his remarks, he encouraged ABASites to remain prayerful, diligent, safety-conscious, and committed to academic excellence.

Also, to strengthen brotherhood and punctuality, welfare packages were presented to the first five ABASites who arrived on time.

Thursday break of fast was duely observed, and the congress concluded successfully as ABASites reaffirmed their commitment to godliness, academic excellence, unity, and brotherly love.
