TPH DEVOTIONAL
DATE: 23rd May, 2026
TOPIC: Don’t Stress It: The Holy Spirit Will Speak
SCRIPTURE: Luke 12:12
"For the Holy Spirit will teach you what you ought to say."

Salvation is God’s work. Your assignment is to preach Christ, share truth, and show love.

Many preach the Gospel, share their testimony, or talk to others about Jesus, but they often hold back because of fear. Some think:
What if I say the wrong thing?
What if they reject me?
What if I cannot explain the Bible well?
What if I am not bold enough?
What if I fail?

Luke 12:12, “For the Holy Spirit will teach you what you ought to say.”
This means that when you step out to witness Christ, you are not depending only on your wisdom, intelligence, or speaking ability. You are partnering with the Holy Spirit.

Many believers feel responsible for changing people’s hearts.
You cannot force people to repent. You cannot convince every heart. Only the Holy Spirit can convict people of sin and draw them to Jesus.

Your responsibility is obedience; God handles the results.
Example:
A farmer plants seeds, but God gives growth. In the same way, when you preach, pray, or share Christ, you are planting seeds.

Acts 1:8, Jesus said:
"You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me."
The Holy Spirit gives courage to stand for Christ, preach publicly, speak privately, and share the Gospel without shame.
Boldness does not mean you are never nervous. It means you obey God despite fear.

Many times, God is already preparing the hearts of people before you arrive.
The Holy Spirit can:
Convict hearts
Create hunger for truth
Break resistance
Prepare people to listen
Draw sinners to repentance
This means soul winning is not done alone. Heaven is already at work.

You may not know every Scripture.
You may not preach perfectly.
You may feel nervous.
But if you trust the Holy Spirit, He will give you wisdom, boldness, and direction.
Open your mouth. Share Christ. Show His love.

TOPIC: To Whom Much Is Given, Much Is Expected

SCRIPTURE: Luke 12:4
“For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.”

God is a God of purpose, responsibility, and accountability. Everything He gives to a man carries an expectation attached to it.
He never releases grace, gifts, opportunities, talents, revelation, influence, or spiritual encounters without expecting increase and impact.

The master distributed talents to his servants according to their capacities and traveled to a far country. The servants who traded with what they received multiplied it and were rewarded, but the servant who buried his talent lost both the talent and the approval of his master.

The issue was not merely possession of the talent; the issue was productivity. God only rewards increase, fruitfulness, and faithfulness.

A buried talent is a wasted assignment.
Many wait for a “big opportunity” while neglecting the little opportunities God has already placed before them.

One of the greatest reasons God blesses you is so you can become instruments of salvation to others.
Jesus said: “Go into all the world and preach the gospel…”
A true encounter with Jesus should produce a burden for others to know Him.

God gives according to capacity. Capacity is your ability to carry, sustain, and manage what God entrusts to you.

Spiritual responsibility is connected to spiritual maturity.
Many pray for greater anointing, influence, and impact, but refuse the process that builds capacity.
1. Prayer
2. Studying the Word
3. Obedience
4. Brokenness and Humility
5. Service

Faithfulness in little things qualifies believers for greater assignments.

The servant who buried his talent was not accused of stealing or immorality; he was judged for unfruitfulness.
God expects growth, multiplication, and impact from every life He has touched.

Stir up your talents.

TOPIC: You Are Chosen to Represent Christ

SCRIPTURE:
“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain…”

Salvation is not merely an escape from sin; it is an entrance into divine assignment. God saved you so He could reveal Himself through you.

When Jesus called His disciples, He was not recruiting random men; He was activating men Heaven had already prepared. Peter was chosen despite his weakness. Matthew was chosen despite his past. Paul was chosen despite his mistakes.
God does not call the qualified alone; He qualifies those He calls.

Jesus said, “I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit.” God chose us to represent Christ and produce lasting spiritual impact. We are called to:
Reveal the character of Jesus to the world
Preach the Gospel and win souls
Demonstrate God’s love through our lives
Bring light into dark places
Raise and disciple others for Christ

A believer who does not influence others for God is ignoring part of his assignment.
Christianity is not only about receiving blessings; it is about becoming a channel through which Heaven touches lives.

But You cannot reflect someone you do not know.
True representatives obey instructions even when it is uncomfortable just like Jesus Himself obeyed the Father unto death.

Representing Jesus may cost you comfort, popularity, or acceptance. Some people may misunderstand or reject you because of your faith. But every true disciple must carry the cross faithfully.

There is no greater honor than to live on earth knowing Heaven is pleased with your life.

You are Heaven’s ambassador. Every day is an opportunity to reveal Jesus to someone. Do not hide your faith. Do not waste your calling. Live intentionally, speak boldly, and let your life continually point men to Christ.

PRAYER POINTS
1. Dear Father, thank You for choosing me help me to live worthy of this calling.

TOPIC: On Assignment: Heaven Sent You Here

SCRIPTURE:John 17:18
“As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.”

God intentionally sent you into this generation with an assignment. Just as Jesus was sent to reveal the Father, transform lives, and establish the Kingdom, you also have been commissioned to shine His light in your world.

When you understand that Heaven deployed you, your life gains direction, urgency, and meaning.

You are Christ’s ambassador, carrying His nature, His message, and His power everywhere you go.
God’s expectation is not only that you believe, but that you reproduce His life in others.
Christianity is a life of duplication.

Jesus discipled men who discipled nations. In the same way, God desires that through your prayers, character, evangelism, and teaching, others come to know Him and grow in Him.
A believer who truly understands divine assignment cannot remain silent or fruitless.

Heaven celebrates not merely those who attend church, but those who fulfill their assignment and multiply the Kingdom through transformed lives.
Carry the consciousness that you are sent by God. Wherever you go, let people encounter Jesus through you. You are on assignment.

PRAYER POINTS
1. Dear Father, help me to live with the awareness that I am sent by You into the world. (John 17:18)

2. Lord, let my life represent You well in every place You have positioned me. (2 Corinthians 5:20)

3.Father, use me as a vessel to reach others and fulfill Your purpose through my life. (Acts 1:8)

INVITATION TO SALVATION
If you have not received Him, today is your opportunity.
Pray sincerely:
Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I am a sinner in need of Your mercy. Help me to live with purpose and fulfill the assignment You have given me. Be my Lord and Savior. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

TOPIC : CLOSED MOUTHS DON’T WIN SOULS
SCRIPTURE: Romans 10:14
“How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?”

God reaches people through people.
Although God is all-powerful, He chose believers to become carriers of the Gospel. That means every Christian is called to be a witness, not just pastors, evangelists, or church leaders.
Salvation begins with hearing.

People cannot believe in Jesus if nobody tells them about Him. Many people around us are spiritually lost, even if they appear successful outwardly. Some are searching for peace in relationships, money, alcohol, social media, or worldly pleasures, but only Christ can truly satisfy the human soul.
That is why witnessing matters.

One of the biggest problems in the body of Christ today is silent Christianity.
Many believers:
Attend church faithfully
Pray regularly
Read the Bible
Worship passionately
Yet they rarely tell others about Jesus.
But true Christianity is not only about receiving blessings; it is also about expanding God’s Kingdom.

A believer who never shares the Gospel is keeping life-saving news to themselves.

Imagine discovering a cure for a deadly disease but refusing to tell people about it. That would be dangerous. In the same way, the Gospel is God’s answer to sin, hopelessness, bo***ge, and eternal separation from Him.
When your heart is full of Christ, your mouth should naturally speak about Him.

Kingdom building is not only about constructing church buildings. It is about bringing people into salvation, discipleship, transformation, and spiritual growth.
Closed mouths do not win souls because the Gospel must be spoken.
You may never preach to thousands, but one conversation can still change a life forever.
The world is waiting for believers who are bold enough to speak.

PRAYER POINTS
1. Father, fill my heart with boldness.

The world is full of people searching for hope, truth, and salvation. God is still calling believers to stand as watchmen in this generation.

You may not stand on a physical wall like Ezekiel, but God has positioned you in schools, workplaces, homes, campuses, businesses, and online spaces to shine His light.
The question is not whether people are dying spiritually. The question is: Are there Men and Women who are ready to walk Faithfully.
