We often hear "love your neighbor," but we forget the most important part of the sermon: you must love yourself first.
John 13:34:
"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another."
Ephesians 5:29:
"After all, no one ever hated their own body, but they feed and care for their body, just as Christ does the church—"
