(1) Water cleansing
Water carries energy take a bath or shower with intention...Add sea salt,
Epsom salt, or a little vineger
As water flows, say I release all negative energy from my body and spirit
(2) Smoke cleansing
(Smudging)
Smoke cleansing stagnant energy ... use sage, Palo Santo, incense, or herbs.
Pass the smoke around your body, especially head, hands, and feet...
Visualize darkness leaving you
(3) Prayer & spoken affirmation words are vibration....
Pray to God, the universe, creator, or your ancestors.
Are releasing and what you are calling in.
Example.... I cleanse my spirit of fear, pain, and heaviness...
(4) Fasting ( physical or spiritual)
Fasting resets energy.
Avold heavy goods,aicohol, or negativity for a day or more....
