A lady from South Africa sent this to me after five weeks in CBTC. It was part of her answer to questions on a teaching on taking responsibility for the souls of men...
She wrote:
The challenges I've received concerning GROWING God's Kingdom (a topic at CBTC.) is that some people get saved but then don't come back to church and no-one follows up on them to see how they're doing and to motivate them. In my short walk with Christ as I have only been saved for 9months now, I have seen so many people come to Christ from a life of drug abuse or alcohol abuse, then go back to that life the next day, there is no plan put in place to help them and to nurture them. Christians hardly ever take responsibility for the souls of men.
