In 2 Timothy 1:6, Paul told Timothy, “Fan into flame the gift of God which is in you.”
That means each of us carries a fire a gift, a calling, a divine purpose that God Himself placed within us. But like every fire, it can grow dim if we don’t feed it.
There are times when life feels heavy prayers unanswered, dreams delayed, people misunderstood you. In those moments, your fire may seem small, but it’s still alive. God only needs a spark to start something great.
Don’t let discouragement put out your flame. Don’t let fear silence your faith. Keep praying, keep serving, keep believing even when you don’t see results yet.
Because God is still working, even in the waiting.
When you keep your fire burning through worship, prayer, and obedience — that light will not only warm your heart, it will light the way for others.
So today, remember: your gift is not useless. Your fire is not gone. Stir it up again.
The world needs your light. God is counting on you to keep the fire burning.
