Three major obstacles to fulfilling vision are
1. Not understanding the nature of vision : The main thing about vision is that it is specific. One of the greatest causes of failure among people who are pursuing their visions is that they don't identify their objectives of success.
2. Not recognising the cost of vision : One of the cost of vision is diligence. All human beings dream, yet only the few who wake up , get out of their beds of comfort, and work hard will experience the fulfillment of their dreams.
3. Not knowing the principles for fulfilling vision: Successful visionaries don't pursue their vision haphazardly; instead, they operate according to established and time-tested principles that enable their visions to become reality.

2023 THEME: Greater Works
- John 14:12
The greater glory of the latter house (Haggai 2:9) promises an unusual outpouring of God’s multi-dimensional graces (Acts 2:17-18) for amazing results (John 5:20 NIV) through several ministry opportunities, even as satan intensifies his diabolical, global take-over agenda.

To actualise God’s plan, the Lord demands from us all:
- greater works
- renewed spiritual fervency
- unflinching commitment to righteousness
- closer work with the Holy Spirit, and a
- sacrificial lifestyle

It more important to engage in greater works than greater revelations,
Increase spiritual fervency, commitment, zeal , fastings, prayers and study of the word.
A closer work with the holy spirit in rigtheouness. Habakkuk 1:13
