TOPIC: SANCTIFICATION
TEXT: 2TIMOTHY 2:19-22, ROM 12:1-2
Sanctification means holiness, cleanliness.
It is a process of growth to set apart, consecrate and to be holy to transform one's character to Christ like.
- It is also a freedom from sin
- Before he can make use of you as a vessel unto honour, you need to follow his will
- Sanctification requires God to make you holy
- Salvation and Sanctification is never the same, where salvation is a immediate thing, sanctification is a gradual process
- Sanctification is the state of the eternal change of our daily life
- Sanctification requires you to set yourself apart from sin unto God
- Sanctification deals with your spirit, soul and body
- To grow daily, you need the guidance of the Holy Spirit
