Many in the body of Christ seem to think that loving your brother (sister) in Christ is an option. However, that mode of thinking is far from the truth. Loving one another is not an option. It is a command from God.



With our mouths we say, "I don't have anything against him or her." But in our hearts, we harbor bitterness, anger, malice and hatred. The only avenue to bec

oming delivered from these emotions are to be honest with God FIRST and then with yourself. (SN: In the spirit, I just heard someone say, "I do not want to hear this!) However, people of God, we can not keep living our lives solely according to the scriptures that we "like" or "make us feel good" but neglect the rest! That is an unbalanced life and there is nothing unbalanced pertaining to God. God's word even reveals to us that when we function in this manner (no love for our brother) but still say that we love God, WE ARE CONSIDERED LIARS which is one of the things that is a abomination to God! It is written, "If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also." (1 John 4:19-21 NKJV). You can do everything else that you know to be "good" in your life and in the body of Christ. But if you have bitterness, anger, malice or hatred in your heart ANYWHERE for ANYONE AT ALL, then deliverance must come so that you are genuinely able to love with the love of God in spite of. You may have the best intentions but if their is just ONE that you hold malice towards, you must STILL allow God to address those areas so that deliverance and healing may come. Let us not continue to display "outward" goodness but then be infected in our hearts. Do not allow PRIDE to maintain you in bo***ge. Allow God to deal with those areas so we may be whole in HIM and LOVE as He loves! Grace and peace be unto you
