A CALL INTO DISCIPLESHIP

A powerful moment from the Celestial Church of Christ Canada Diocese Youth Congress 2026, held in Calgary, Alberta, from May 6–9, 2026.

This life-transforming message, delivered by V.S.E. Yemi Adesiyan, reminded us that discipleship is more than attending church—it’s a daily commitment to follow Christ wholeheartedly, live according to His Word, and become a light to the world.

As members of the Celestial Church of Christ, we are called to worship God in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:23–24). True worship is not merely about outward appearance or religious activities; it is about a sincere heart, obedience to God’s commandments, holiness, prayer, humility, and complete dependence on the Holy Spirit. Discipleship calls us to grow spiritually, serve faithfully, love genuinely, and reflect Christ in our daily lives.

May this message inspire every believer to answer God’s call, remain steadfast in faith, and become true disciples of Jesus Christ.

“Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” — Matthew 16:24

Sometimes, children teach us what true worship looks like no fear, no pride, no distractions, just pure joy in the presence of God. As the music filled the atmosphere, the toddler’s dance brought smiles to faces and warmth to hearts, creating a touching moment that many will never forget.
It was more than just dancing; it was a reminder that God delights in sincere worship from every heart, no matter the age. Truly, out of the mouths of babes comes perfect praise.
