Good morning beloved of God; Comforted ChristKind. Happy last Sunday/last day of the month November 2025; our 3rd day of congregational Tongues-Fasting.

Year 2022, the Holy Spirit called us into 3 days; end of month; congregational fasting at TCMI, till date.

Then, I didn’t know why. And I didn’t query Holy Spirit, we just hearkened in Faith and total Obedience.

This day – November 30, 2025 Holy Spirit led us into Revelation behind His initial instruction… Pls read below:

Jesus is the Spine of our Existence.

Jesus died at 33; the human spine has 33 vertebrae… – The same structure that holds us humans upright, is the same number of years Jesus walked the earth.

We have 12 ribs on each of our side, just like the 12 disciples and 12 tribes of Israel.

The Vagus nerve runs from our brain to our heart and gut… Calming the ‘Storm effect’ inside our bodies, just like Jesus calmed the storm. Hallelujah!

And guess what it looks like my beloved?

The protein that literally holds our cells together, is the shape of a Cross, under microscope!

The very Structure holding you and I together is a Cross!

Jesus rose on the 3rd day.

Science tells us that when you fast for 3 days (as the Lord called us into, in year 2022 ), your body begins to Regenerate…

Old cells die, new ones are born and healing begins.

Your body literally experiences a form of ‘resurrection’ in 3 days! Just like Jesus resurrected in 3 days…

That’s not coincidence my beloved… That’s a signature of an ‘Artist,’ on His ‘artwork.’

And it keeps going…

Your heart beats with God’s rhythm…
Your brain lights up when you pray (in the Spirit)…
Your bones store memory…
Your tears change Chemistry depending on joy or grief… (Psalms 56:8).

And the Bible tells us that the “Lord holds your tears in a jar...”
Your body worships God my beloved, whether you realize it or not.

Indeed, my beloved, you are “Fearfully and Wonderfully made,” by the Creator, Who left His Signature on His greatest artwork – you!

Here’s the wonder my beloved. Jesus didn’t just create you, He wrote Himself into your very DNA!

He formed you with Intention!
And breathed Life into you. Because He wants More than for you to simply exist…

He wants to have a Personal Relationship with you. The creator, Who holds galaxies together, also holds you together my beloved.

And He wants to make His home inside your heart. He wants to be a part of your life.

You were created my beloved, to have a Relationship with God, Who created you.

And if you’ve ever invited Jesus into your life my beloved, it’s the very best decision you’ll ever make in life! Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!

My beloved of God; Comforted ChristKind,

You need your inner clarity of ‘who’ you are and ‘whose’ you are, to guide through your life.

It’s a very important Reality you must come to terms with, to live life indeed.

Titles are fleeting. Whatever you don’t fully own and whatever you are not in control of, is always Temporary.

You may be basking in the euphoria of your global job title, political appointment; election.

You may be basking in a moment of fame or prestige…

But it can all be taken away!

Why?

Because it was never truly yours.

Real independence my beloved, doesn’t come from holding a title.

Real independence is knowing who you truly are, without the titles, perks and accolades…

And true freedom comes, when you no longer need the world to validate your worth!

True freedom comes when you can humbly walk forward, unshaken, unescorted…

Because your sense of self isn’t borrowed, it is built.

So, my beloved, Yes. Wear the title (if you have one).

Serve the position; office well.

But never let the title wear you… because power borrowed, is never as strong as power owned.

As God’s beloved, ‘who’ I am is ChristKind. And ‘whose’ I am, is LORD.

And that’s the Reality that brings inner peace always… Settle yours too my beloved. Hallelujah!

What happens when you fast my beloved; Comforted ChristKind?

Your flesh fights back! Yes!

Your cravings scream… Your mind wander.

Suddenly, distractions multiply. Why?

Your flesh doesn’t want to die. Hidden things rise.

Fasting is a Spotlight.

It shows you what’s been hiding in the corners – bitterness, lust, fear, anger, doubt…

It all starts bubbling to the surface.

Not to shame you but to Heal you.

Heaven leans in, God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble…

And fasting is Humility in action.

When you fast, God doesn’t just see your hunger, He hears your heart.

But that’s not all…

Spiritual sensitivity Increases, the Word hits Deeper.

Worship feels Heavier, Discernment Sharpens.

You start to notice what grieves the Holy Spirit because the static has been cleared.

Breakthroughs begins. Hallelujah!!!

My beloved of God; Comforted ChristKind,

We are told and we know, also reading from the Holy Bible that fasting is good, that it is Biblical and is very powerful.

And indeed, fasting is my beloved.

But what most churches won’t tell you, is this:

When you start fasting my beloved, all of hell take notice.

Why? Because fasting isn’t all about food, it’s about Focus. It’s about Fire.

It’s about Surrendering your flesh, to Reawaken your Spirit.

Fasting doesn’t just move God, it Exposes you!

And what rise to the surface, might not feel holy…

When you start fasting, you’ll feel weak.

But that’s the point my beloved…

Because your flesh has been loud for too long.

And fasting quiets the noises, so you can finally hear God clearly again.

But before the Glory, comes the groaning.

Before the Breakthrough, comes the battle.

Because fasting doesn’t just starves your stomach, it starves your ego my beloved.

It humbles your pride, it breaks your rhythm and confronts the idols you’ve been feeding…
