John 8:1-11 is a record of the woman caught in adultery. She was brought to Jesus by the Pharisees and Scribes, who wanted to know what Jesus would say. This is one of the most popular passages of the scriptures; it is popular not because of the lessons to be learnt but because of the phrase "let him without sin be the first to cast the stone". I'm sure you have heard something like that, often used to say we shouldn't judge because we are all sinners. Some say Jesus went against the Law of Moses by not allowing the woman to die. Some say that Jesus was permitting sin. Some say Jesus was simply saying that no one is righteous. Join brother David Olajire, as he gives a clearer understanding and a sound interpretation of the passage.

Every Wednesday, Brother David Olajire and other sound teachers will be doing some exesegis - answering the tough questions of the bible.

Do you have some questions or bible passages you don't understand or think have been wrongly interpreted? Let us know, and we'll treat them together.

Don't forget to like, subscribe, and share.

This program is brought to you by the Church of Christ, off Molipa Expressway, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.

most times, people use Romans 3:23 to justify their sins by saying something like afterall everyone is a sinner. Even preachers of the bible fail to understand what Paul was saying in Romans 3:23. In this video, David Olajire gives a contextual interpretation of Romans 3:23.
