There came to a point in the journey of the Israelites through the wilderness, they felt like going back to Egypt. They complained because they wanted varieties of food and meat.
The land of Egypt was a land of slavery but it was a desire for some of the Israelites, not knowing God was using the experience of the wilderness to remove the mindset of slavery from them.
Finally, brethren never despise the process of God. It might not look pleasurable but if you stay through you'll discover it's worth it. When God is taking you through the process of refinement, never suggest alternative to your promise Land.
Learn to uphold God's word - if He says it, then that is what it is.
