Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls
🍌😍 You’ll be hooked after one bite! These rolls blend the best of banana bread and cinnamon rolls—soft, sweet, and perfectly spiced!
You will need:
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 packet instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Directions:
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, milk, and melted butter. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry, kneading into a soft dough. Roll the dough out into a rectangle, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, then roll up tightly. Cut into rolls and place in a greased pan. Let rise for 20–30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 15–20 minutes. For glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk, then drizzle over warm rolls.
