Happy New Month and Happy Independence Day to our dear nation, Nigeria!
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Nigeria and for another year of independence. We commit our nation into Your hands.
Lord, let Your peace reign across our land. Grant wisdom, integrity and understanding to those entrusted with leadership, and let every decision made for our nation promote justice, unity and the wellbeing of our people.
Heal every wound of division, strengthen our communities, protect our children and young people, and bless the work of our hands. Let Nigeria experience genuine peace, sustainable development, economic prosperity and renewed hope.
May Nigeria rise in righteousness, unity and greatness. Let Your light shine upon our nation, and let generations yet unborn enjoy the fruits of a peaceful and prosperous Nigeria.
We declare that Nigeria shall flourish, and that peace shall dwell within our borders. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
