MEDITATION
We are God's temple, created by the Father, redeemed by the Son, and indwelt by the Holy Spirit. As Christians, we are called to take care of our bodies and use them to glorify God, for we have been set free from the slavery of sin through Christ's blood.

PRAYERS
Lord, I thank You for creating me in Your image. I want to be more like You and honor You by taking care of my body. Please show me how to treat it as a temple and help me make the right decisions to continually improve my health. In Jesus' name, Amen.
