As a minister, the time you enter the ministry does not matter, the reward is the same, as a young minister, don't be carried away by the names others have made in minstry it's just a matter of time. Let me tell you the strict truth, we are all receiving the same reward no matter the year in ministry no matter the title you carried, just that benefits and gain may differs, but the benefits and gain does not really matters, your benefit may want to make you stop, thinking that you have acquired enough or even occupied enough. But i will love to tell you, there is no stopping until it is the hour of reward. but if you stop before the hour, then there is no reward, so stay focus and don't miss the reward. To get this very well see MATTHEW 20:1ff
