Last Saturday, the Lord showed us great mercies as we graduated 69 students, bringing the total number of graduates to 320 at Christ Ekklesia Institute
These men and women (Ministers from over 30 different denominations in Nigeria) were formally inducted into the Ambassadors of Peace Forum (Our Alumni Group), joining our missionaries spread across Nigeria and around the world—proclaiming the Gospel of Peace** and standing for the unity of the Body of Christ.

It was a deeply significant moment for us as an institute. Each graduation is not merely a ceremony, but a sending forth—formed lives released to serve Christ and His Ekklesia in humility and truth.

Our Guest Speaker, the President of the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, delivered a powerful and fatherly charge to the graduating class. He cautioned them to carefully avoid the contours—those subtle pitfalls that derail ministry—especially the dangers of money and material pursuit, which have tragically weakened and spoiled many revivals. He urged both the graduating students and the CEI leadership to continually look up to God as our true Source and Sustainer, trusting Him fully for provision in His work.

We are deeply grateful for the renewed courage, clarity, and hope that marked the day.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to our Council of Elders, faculty members, facilitators, partners, and generous donors whose sacrifices and prayers have made this journey possible. Truly, every joint has supplied.

To God alone be the glory.

‘You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.’ John 8:32

One turning point in the life of a believer is the moment he realises that he is free, both from sins and from religiosity.

Many individuals who go to extremes in their religion do so because they are under the shackles of ignorance brought about by
the bo***ge of religion. Even in Christianity, many are enslaved by rigid laws and traditions, narrow-minded worship practices, and their misunderstanding of holiness. This spiritual captivity has fuelled divisions among many.

Yet, Jesus Christ who is the truth, has set us free. Jesus Christ offered us redemption so we can live in liberty. The more we know Him as the Truth, the more we are sanctified ( John 17: 14,17), and the more we live authentically in the freedom He offers.
As Paul said in Galatians 5:1 - "Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bo***ge."

Do you think this liberty can be abused? please share your thoughts in the comments session.

It’s no coincidence that after Christ’s death and resurrection, after his redemptive work freed us from the law and sin, what became most pressing on His heart was the unity of His Body, the Ekklesia (His Assembly), as He revealed in John 17.
Christ gave us independence not so we could stand apart, but so we might be fully dependent on Him and His body through the love and unity He offers.

The question is, now that you’ve been given the privilege to partake in this freedom, what have you done with it? Have you used it to appear more spiritual and sanctimonious, or have you used it to uplift the spiritually poor? Have you been wielding it to force others into obedience to your personal views, or have you been pointing them to Christ—giving them the freedom to enjoy genuine fellowship without the weight of man-made doctrines?

Are you an ambassador of peace and unity, or an ambassador of division, bound by doctrine and denomination?
In this month of independence, do not frustrate the sacrifice of Christ on the cross. Instead, strive to build the body of Christ, the Ekklesia (Assembly), rather than prove your point. Be intentional about becoming a conduit for God’s blessings, allowing them to flow freely to other believers, unimpeded by differences or denominational lines. Let the Ekklesia arise, allow Ekklesia prevail!

Welcome to October.

If Joseph in the Jesus Birth Story disbelieved the angelic explanation, it would have been justifiable. There had been no history of such a thing happening before; there was no reference story, and there was never a virgin who was pregnant. But Joseph believed. Joseph said yes to God.

When we consider the story of the early believers, how they were in one accord, the fellowships, the love among them, how they navigated their challenges, and even the contributions of one assembly to help another in distress, we seem to have a standard and many reference stories. Yet it has been difficult for many believers to believe in the possibility of Jesus’ prayer (‘That they may be one’ John 17:21) coming to pass.

Are you a believer with a burning passion to see the Unity of the Body of Christ manifested in our generation? Do you sense the call of God to be equipped, sharpened, and released as a peacemaker for His eternal purpose? Then Christ Ekklesia Institute is for you.

Our training is deeply rooted in God’s eternal purpose: to raise mature sons for the Father, a Bride for the Son, a Body for the Spirit, and a unified New Man who will exercise dominion and crush Satan underfoot. We offers a two-year diploma program in Ecclesiology & Christian Ministry. Through the generosity of partners, a full scholarship is available which covers tuition, accommodation, and meals while on campus. Watch out for application forms for 2026/2027 academic session

EKKLESIA GLOBAL ROUNDTABLE, JUNE EDITION

This month’s edition of EGR focuses on a crucial topic: Israel’s re-inclusion into the divine programme (leading to the rounding off of God’s programme for this age and ushering in the age of the Kingdom) and its implications on the global (non-Jewish) Church.

Make no mistake about it: God is NOT through with the natural descendants of Abraham. They have a place in God’s overall programme and – in the best interest of seeing that programme consummated – we (the so-called Gentile believers) must take this into consideration and adjust accordingly.

Joining me in this conversation are seasoned elders with keen insight on these matters: Doug Krieger and Wolfgang Simson. You don’t want to miss this explosive session!

Help spread the word: 8pm this Saturday via google meet (pls add this event to your calendar):

A great revival is coming upon the body of Christ, an awakening that will shake the very foundations of the church. This revival will not be tied to a name, a person, or a group. It will not be birthed solely by any single denomination. Its entrance will be granted only through the united body of Christ.

This is a revival of ONEness and power, God’s final move before the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. Heaven’s deepest desire in this hour is to unite His body, for only in unity can this revival be released in its fullness. Those who resist this divine alignment will find themselves cut off, for the Lord is calling His people to oneness.

The cry of the Lord is loud and urgent. He is calling for unity among His people so that through this revival, He may release His help, His power, and His glory upon His church.

Will you yield to the cry of the Lord? Will you cry out for deliverance from the spirit of denominationalism and begin to see the different ministries and churches as complementary rather than as rivals?

Will you become an ambassador of peace? Will you embrace that brother with whom you differ doctrinally but are united in Christ? Will you forsake pride, stop measuring spirituality by human standards, and base your fellowship on Christ rather than theological differences?

Will you rise and take your place in uniting the body of Christ? The time is now. The Lord is calling. Will you answer?
