One of the greatest gifts you can give your children is confidence, the courage to face life with boldness, to believe in themselves, and to rise even after failing. Unfortunately, many well-meaning parents unknowingly destroy this gift with their words, actions, or silence.
‎
‎Confidence is not something children stumble upon; it is nurtured in the home. If you notice your child becoming timid, withdrawn, or overly dependent, it may be a signal that something in your parenting style needs adjusting.
‎
Ways parents kill their children’s confidence without even realizing it:
‎
‎1. Constant Criticism
‎When every mistake is met with harsh words “Can’t you ever do anything right?” a child begins to believe they are a failure. Correct with love, not condemnation. Children need guidance, not a running commentary of their flaws.
‎
‎2. Comparing Them to Others
‎“Look at your cousin… why can’t you be like her?” These words may sound innocent, but they crush self-worth. Every child is unique. Comparison tells your child they are not good enough, planting seeds of insecurity.
‎
‎3. Overprotection
‎Parents who never allow their children to try, fail, and learn on their own unknowingly raise fearful adults. Shielding them from every risk whispers, “You cannot handle life on your own.” Confidence grows when children are trusted with responsibility.
‎
‎4. Lack of Encouragement
‎When children do something well, be it a drawing, a school recital, or helping with chores, they crave affirmation. Silence at such moments can be as damaging as negative words. Encouragement is the fuel that powers self-esteem.
‎
‎5. Excessive Punishment
‎Discipline is necessary, but punishment without explanation breeds fear. A child who grows up afraid of their parents may obey on the outside but feel worthless on the inside. Discipline should correct, not crush.
‎
‎6. Ignoring Their Voice
‎When a child speaks and you wave them off—“Keep quiet, what do you know?” you teach them their opinions don’t matter. Soon, they stop talking, even when their input could make a difference in the future.
‎
‎7. Withholding Love
‎Some parents only show love when a child succeeds. But children must know they are loved unconditionally. Love that is earned destroys confidence; love that is given builds it.
‎
‎8. Public Shaming
‎Scolding a child in front of others, neighbors, siblings, or classmates may correct behavior but damages dignity. Shame makes children want to disappear instead of grow. Correction is best done privately.
‎
‎9. Unrealistic Expectations
‎Demanding perfection, straight A’s, first position, or flawless performance, pressures children into anxiety. When they inevitably fall short, they feel like disappointments. Encourage progress, not perfection.
‎
‎10. Neglecting Quality Time
‎Children equate attention with value. When you are always too busy with work, phone, or TV, they begin to feel unimportant. Confidence grows when children know they matter enough to be listened to and spent time with.
‎
‎11. Negative Labeling
‎Words like “stubborn,” “lazy,” “stupid,” stick longer than you think. Labels shape identity. Over time, children begin to live out the negative names they are called. Speak life, not curses, over your children.
‎
‎12. Not Believing in Them
‎When parents doubt their children’s abilities “You can’t do it” they are planting seeds of failure. Confidence flourishes when a child knows their parents believe in them, even when they struggle.
‎
‎Final Word
‎Dear parents, confidence is like a fragile plant. It can be watered with love, encouragement, and patience, or it can be trampled under harsh words and neglect. If you want your children to grow into bold, secure, and successful adults, be intentional. Correct wisely, love deeply, and affirm constantly.
‎
‎Remember this: every child deserves a home that builds them up, not one that tears them down.

8 Signs,
Your SPIRITUAL EYE is Gradually Opening, but you don't Know.

1. Increased Awareness:

You noticed your thoughts usually come to pass. You may observe that whenever you think about people, the next thing is, they are calling you. (Luke 5:22)

2. Heightened Intuition:

You continually noticed you "know" things often without logical explanations. You can't explain how, but you just know you know and what you know is right (Luke 8:46)

3. Repeatedly Experiencing Deja'vu:

When something is happening for the first time and it occurs to you as though you've seen it before. In your subconscious, you seem to have seen before what you are seeing for the first time in reality.

4. Intense Desire For Meditation and Reflection

You often feel drawn to spend more time alone, meditating, praying, and journaling, with a strong desire to see, know or hear God speak to you. (Habakkuk 2:1)

5. Pain for not seeing things before they happened.

When you feel somehow bad inside for not seeing a thing before it happens.
You often wish you could see or have an idea that something will happen before it happens. (2 Kings 4:27)

6. Supernatural Knowledge and Meanings

You perceive deeper truth and hidden meanings in conversations and situations. You can perceive lies in a conversation. (Acts 5:1-5)
Sometimes, you even know the meaning of a dream without anyone telling you.

7. Spontaneous Spiritual Experiences: such as seeing flashes of light, colors, names, or symbols on people, houses, or places without pre-meditating them.
This is your spiritual eyes seeing things in the Spirit.
(1 Samuel 16:6; Revelation 4:2-3)

8. Gazing or getting lost in thought, which sometimes ends in Trance:

If you often gaze at people or things, or get lost in thought, in the end, you end up entering a trance or vision.
This happens when your eye is seeing. (2 Kings 8:11-12)

🌺Men of God that missed it will be ashamed😓 to come out from there houses because of shame of there members seeing them.😱

🌺Christians that missed it will equally be ashamed to go close those unbelievers they preached to but never gave heed to there message.😱

🌺I mean after rapture, those who loved motivational messages will dislike them with passion and shall seek for messages of salvation, but it be too late 😭

🌺Bro after rapture, grace on its own accord will expire here on earth. 😱

🌺Spiritual gifts shall fail because there will be no Holy Spirit to manifest them anymore. 😱

🌺Those who were not raptured will take home the belongings of those that where raptured if peradventure it happened in a church service.😭

🌺Those who never believed in rapture shall do so but it must have become too late.😭

🌺I said after rapture, those that missed it shall cry hysterically😭.

🌺People would love to repent but there will be no Jesus on earth to accept them and so, they'll pay with their blood😭.

🌺It is only sin that has what it takes to make a man not to be raptured on that day😢.

Let us lay aside every form of sin.

Come to Jesus now.
Accept Him as your Lord and personal Saviour.

Surrender your life to Him and you shall be saved!

I WAS AN ADDICT....
Several years ago, precisely 1982, at age 22, before I entered the ministry, during our church convention, I was standing outside the large church building on that Sunday morning, when a very famous music minister was called upon to come out and minister to us in song. She walked out to the front, grabbed the microphone and began to sing.

Shortly, the whole place became electrified with the presence of God. I and a lot of others were standing outside the large hall building because there was no longer space inside to sit. The anointing that morning was so heavy upon the congregation as the voice of that woman rent the hallowed chamber of the large hall.

As I listened to the songs she sang, I could not control myself anymore when I began to sob in tears and pray: "LORD, you are using a woman, use me too. I want to serve You. Use me too..."
This was all I was praying in tears, when I suddenly began to hear His voice coming up from me.

I heard Him plainly speaking to me: "I will use you, if you surrender your gift at my feet."

That was the contention, my Gift. The Talents. I was a gifted writer. I wrote drama script and novels. But the things I wrote at that time were non-christian literary pieces. Purely secular.

When the Lord was talking to me that morning, my heart went directly to the drama scripts I had just written which were not christian stories, but mere moral, theatrical secular themes. I heard Him that morning, telling me to stop using my writing gift to write whatever I liked. I heard Him speaking to me softly, persuasively, that He would use me beyond my wildest dream, if I could make a covenant with Him to use my writing Gifts for His glory alone. I heard Him telling me to go and pack all those uninspiring non-spiritual drama and novel scripts aside and abandon them and determine now to start writing for Him.

That was why I was crying. I was crying to be used by God like that woman who was singing. And I was crying because
I continues in this till one morning, the Lord showed me in a dream, that unless I obeyed Him and go urgently to withdraw those scripts from the publishing companies that had offered and prepared to publish them, the devil would use the publish books to rubbish my ministry later in life and He would not be able to do what He wanted to do in my life and ministry. He showed me in the dream it was urgent.

I had just organized a Drama Ministers Conference and had just taught many people how to write gospel drama for the expansion of the Kingdom of God. I had left those scripts with the publishing companies and they could bring the scripts out any time. I had already began my ministry and gone 4 or 5 years into the ministry by them.

I woke up in the morning and told my wife, I needed to travel to those publishers. I went to them and met one of the Publishing Directors who was, incidentally, in charge of that particular script. She was a woman and I told her what I had come to do. I had come to withdraw my script from publishing. I never wanted it to be published again. She tried to persuade me, but I stuck to my request. She said she was also a christian, but there was nothing bad in the script. I stuck to my demand. At last she agreed and said she would table the matter before the management and send the manuscript to me. She presented a document to me and I signed and I left the place. A week later, I got the script back. I was relieved. I then told the Lord, "I hereby submit all my gifts at your feet." And that was all.

Today, have I not produced more better drama scripts for the Lord? Have I not turned many drama scripts into great movies for the Kingdom of God? I may not be known as literary author today, but I am known as a Drama Minister in Nigeria and outside Nigeria.

Therefore, every gift is deposited in a person's life by God for the Expansion of the Kingdom of God, it is not meant to serve your pleasures and neither was it given to you to do whatever you like with it.
"For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country,..."

THE ISSUES OF GIFTS AND TALENTS ARE ABOUT THE KINGDOM OF GOD. It is a Kingdom's Issue. It is not a joking matter, it has to do with the matter of Eternal Life.. GIFT AND TALENT IS A KINGDOM ISSUE.
"...who called his own servants,..."

EVERYONE POSSESSING ONE TALENT OR THE OTHER HAS BEEN CALLED TO BE SERVANT OF GOD. Everyone with one Spiritual Gift or the Other has automatically been called as Servant of God, called by God to use the Gift and Talent for the Matter of the Kingdom of God. Because the Parable of the Talents is about the Kingdom of God.

Therefore, whatever gift you found out you have been endowed by God (music, drama, acting, singing, dancing, writing, poetry, administration, counseling, teaching, decoration, etc), it was deposited in your earthen vessel for the purpose of the Kingdom of God, by the Master who had travelled and is coming back for reckoning.

PLEASE READ THIS ARTICLE!!!!!! Last week, a pastor was on a trip driving his car and saw an elderly man walking on the road. He decided to give the old man a ride. While they were traveling, the old man said to the pastor, "Son, do you know what happened last night in heaven?" The pastor got scared and quickly stopped the car, asking, "Sir, are you okay? How did you get information from heaven?" The old man said, "Last night in heaven, God was very angry with man and told the angels to blow the trumpet. The angels raised the trumpet, and when they were about to start blowing, Jesus fell down before God and began to plead with tears in his eyes. God, seeing the wounds of his son and the pain of his saints, as well as the wickedness of the wicked, said, "I'll give you a last opportunity." Jesus turned to the angels and commanded them to hurry and gather large numbers of angels from all over the world to tell the whole world that the end is near and that Jesus is coming soon. The pastor, wiping his tears, asked, "Sir, how do you know all this?" The old man replied, "I am one of those angels that were sent to the world." He continued, saying to the pastor, "Please use all the media and send this message. There is no time to lose," and the old man disappeared. In summary, this story is real. Christ is coming soon!!!!!! Please save a soul today. I already did my part. Now it's your turn to spread the gospel. If you are ready, like and write "Amen". God bless you all. DO YOU WANT TO GO TO HEAVEN?
HERE IS HOW TO DO IT!!
FIRST KNOW THE BASIC FACTS:
1. There is no one without sin. Everyone sinned and is spiritually dead and should go to hell and be separated from God forever. (Romans 3:23).
2. There is only One God – He is a Three In One God – The Father, The Son (Jesus Christ) and The Holy Spirit (Galatians 1:1, John 14:6,26).
3. God the Father had a plan to save people from hell, so He sent God the Son to earth to become a Man. God the Son was born as a baby on earth and His mother was a virgin, who was made pregnant by the Power of God. This was about 2025 years ago in Bethlehem, a town near Jerusalem and He was named Jesus of Nazareth, the most well known and important Man of all time (recorded in Matthew 1-2 of the New Testament in the Bible and prophesied about 700 years before it happened in the Old Testament of the Bible in Micah 5:2 and Isaiah 7:14).
4. Jesus grew up to be a Man of God on earth and did many miracles and He never did any sin (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, 2 Corinthians 5:21).
5. The ungodly people hated Jesus and they lied about Him and had Him unjustly condemned and nailed to a cross just outside Jerusalem when He was about 33 years old and He suffered and died, and took upon Himself the punishment and death for our sins, so that we may have His Life and Righteousness (explained in Romans 1-8) (recorded in the New Testament in the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and prophesied about 700 years before it happened in Isaiah 53).
6. The Blood of Jesus that flowed from His Body, His Body that was broken and His death on the cross is a Sacrifice that takes away all our sins before God, heals us and gives us everlasting Life. (1 John 1:7).
7. Jesus died on the cross on a Friday and on the Sunday The Father raised Him from the dead to Life. He then appeared to more than 500 eyewitnesses (1 Corinthians 15:6) to show them that He is alive and 40 days after that, He was lifted up into Heaven while many people were watching (1 Corinthians 15:4, Luke 24)
8. Everyone that believes that Jesus suffered and died for our sins on the cross and accepts Him as Saviour are immediately forgiven and born again of God in their spirit and will go to heaven (John 3:16).
9. Jesus now sits at the right hand of The Father in Heaven and rules (Mark 16:19).
10. Jesus will return from Heaven one day, to fetch those that believed in Him and served Him, so that they will be with Him in Heaven forever (Matthew 13:26).

BELIEVE AND PRAY THE FOLLOWING PRAYER IF YOU WANT TO ACCEPT JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOUR AND GO TO HEAVEN
Jesus, I accept that You are God the Son who became a Man on earth. I accept that You suffered and died on the cross to take my sins away. Please wash me with your Blood to take my sins away. Please give me Your Everlasting Life and come live in my heart by the Holy Spirit. I accept You as my Lord and Saviour. Help me to live for You Jesus my Lord. I praise You and I thank You, amen.

SO, WHAT MUST WE DO NOW THAT WE HAVE ACCEPTED JESUS AS OUR SAVIOUR?
1. Get a normal Bible (a normal Bible is called a Protestant Bible and is found everywhere in Christian bookshops – do not get any other Bible and do not get the Message Bible or the Passion Bible) and read the New Testament a couple of times as soon as possible (before reading the Old Testament) and continue reading the Bible regularly.
2. Live and pray to The Father, Jesus and The Holy Spirit every day – thank Him for all He has done and all that you have. Ask Him for all that you need and to protect you. You are now in a loving relationship with God by the Way that Jesus made for us, you can talk to Him directly wherever you are and at any time and you do not need a priest or someone else to reach Him. The Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit loves us very much and enjoys it when we talk to Him and He wants us to talk to Him regularly and to trust Him for what we need. The Bible says, this is Life, to know Jesus and the Father (John 17:3).
3. NEVER PRAY TO ANY OTHER GOD – it is forbidden for those who have accepted Jesus as their Saviour to pray to anything else, like ancestors, angels, Mary (the mother of Jesus), Buddha or follow the ways of Islam or any other religion. Never let anything be more important to you than The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 10:7). Jesus said: I am the Way and the Truth and the Life and no one comes to the Father except through Me (John 14:6).
4. Live a life of good morals in every way and stay away from all s*xual sins, s*x outside marriage, homos*xuality, po*******hy, uncleanness, witchcraft, hatred, rage, strife, envy, murder, drunkenness, drugs, wild parties, blasphemy, malice, pride, greed, slander, gossip, deceit, lying, stealing, bad language, foolishness, jealousy, lust, bitterness, selfishness, arrogance, discontent, gluttony, laziness, divisiveness, rebellion, impatience, cruelty, boasting, partiality, quarreling, backbiting, mockery, impurity, corruption, fearfulness, materialism, sensuality, selfish ambition, falsehood, betrayal, treachery, complaining, murmuring, extortion, love for things of the world and doubt (Galatians 5:19-21). And know that to follow Jesus only for health or money is a sin.
5. Live by the Spirit of God and practice love, patience, perseverance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Act justly, be merciful and walk humbly with your God (Micah 6:8) Be kind and compassionate and forgive everyone as God has forgiven you in Jesus (Ephesians 4:32). Forgive others if they sin against you for if you do not forgive others, God will not forgive you (Mark 11:26). Reach out and help the poor for whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will reward them for what they have done (Proverbs 19:17). Stay in His peace and be joyful.
6. If you do something wrong again, go to Jesus and ask Him to forgive you and to cleanse you with His Blood again, because the Bible says that He is faithful and will forgive us each time we confess our sins and ask Him for forgiveness (1 John 1:9). Jesus prays for us in Heaven before The Father (Hebrews 7:25). Ask Him for strength from The Holy Spirit to live for Him. In the Bible Jesus said without Him we cannot do anything (John 15:5) and if He has made us free, we will be truly free (John 8:36). So, you cannot serve God without the strength of the Holy Spirit, do not try it. You must draw strength from the Lord to serve Him and obey Him.
7. Remember we will always make mistakes and we can NEVER be good enough ourselves so that we can go to heaven – we are saved by God’s mercy through Jesus on the cross (Romans 3), but we must try our best, because God sees our hearts and He will discipline those that don’t try not to sin.
8. Be ready to suffer for Jesus and know that things might not always go well. Just like Jesus suffered on the cross, we might also experience much difficulty in life, but we must persevere, because our faith is tested and it makes us strong (James 1:2-3).
9. Watch out and pray against the Devil and the evil forces in the air – they will try to stop you from living for Jesus. They can give you impure thoughts and dreams and try to convince you that there is no God or that Jesus is not God. They can use people against you and try to make your life difficult (1Peter 5:8). Jesus said: be as shrewd and wise as snakes and as upright and innocent as doves (Matthew 10:16). But don’t fear, God can also use people and angels to help you, so always ask Him for protection against the evil forces.
10. Be baptised in water in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit by another Christian as soon as you can (Matthew 28:19).
11. Ask Jesus to help you find other Christians and a good church, and meet with them regularly.

WHAT CHURCH SHOULD WE GO TO?
Here is a list of some good healthy churches:
Baptist Church, Assemblies of God, Presbyterian Church and Apostolic Faith Mission churches – there are many churches without a specific denominational name that are very good, for instance churches that are Evangelical Protestant Churches, or church groups like Church Of The Nations, as well as many good preachers, like Billy and Franklin Graham that you might want to follow.

Here are some churches that are trapped in man-made traditions and incorrect teachings:
Catholic Church, Orthodox Church, Seventh day Adventists, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Zionists, Old Apostolic, New Apostolic, Anglican Church, Church Of Christ churches and anyone preaching the teachings of Calvinism. There are also many Christian movements that have their mission statements totally incorrect, like the people that preach the Prosperity Gospel, the Word Of Faith churches, the Kingdom Now churches and the New Apostolic Reformation churches – or guys insisting and demanding that they are prophets and apostles. Kenneth Copeland is an example of a prosperity preacher, that loves money. These people and churches teach many things that are correct, like that Jesus is the Son of God, but they also focus and teach incorrect things, which will inevitably influence our walk with Him negatively.

There are many more churches that are good and many more with incorrect teachings, ask God to lead you.

There is no other truth and message than the Truth and message above. Do not look for anything else or anything more. Only the Bible can teach more.
