Topic: Health Benefit of Egg
"An egg is a highly nutritious food laid by birds(most commonly chickens)"
👉🏾 IMPORTANT OF EGG
✓Has high quality protein
✓Support immune system (contains vitamin A and D)
✓Support bone function (especially at old age for cognitive effects and vision)
✓Helps body weight (to gain fat)
NOTE : It is advisable to cook egg separately (do not boil it with rice)
* At least, one egg should be taken per day .
Nutrients component of Egg: Protein, Vitamin A, D, E,K , B complex) , Mineral, Anti- oxidants.
In conclusion, It is good to eat egg but too much of it is bad .

*Mercy is a major attribute of God .
* Mercy is receiving what we do not deserve,yet it is given to us.
* To receive mercy ; You have to work towards it
💚 Show mercy and compassion to other .
* There is always a reward for doing good , showing mercy and compassion.
* I need mercy. Am I doing mercy ?
James 2:13 " There will be no mercy for those who have not shown mercy to others . But if you have been merciful, God will be merciful when he judges you "
