I came across this and learnt from it....guess we all can pick some lessons from it too....

The first time you somebody something for FREE, you are creating APPRECIATION

The Second time you give somebody something for FREE, you are creating ANTICIPATION

The third time you give somebody something for FREE, you are creating EXPECTATION

The fourth time you do the same, you are creating ENTITLEMENT

And by fifth time you give somebody something for FREE, you have created DEPENDENCY

Now if by the sixth time you don't give it to them you create RESENTMENT and HATRED.

Anyway,this is not to DISCOURAGE us from GIVING though. But we have to understand VALUE and those who DESERVES it from us at any given time.

The human nature has a propensity to remember wrongs done to it but forget acts of benevolence it received.
We find it easy to seek to avenge perceived wrong done but reluctant to show gratitude for good deeds we enjoyed.
