Now:

“Lord, give me someone whose heart belongs to You.”

Because beauty catches the eye.

Character builds a home.

And a relationship centered on Christ has something deeper than chemistry holding it together.

“Lord, why?”

Years later, you realize:

“That wasn't rejection.

That was protection.”

Not every person you desire is someone God wants you to build with.

Learn to trust God's “no” as much as His “yes.”

I want to marry because I'm ready for covenant.

Marriage isn't:

“Who will make me happy?”

It's also:

“Whose life am I prepared to serve?”

Christ taught us that love involves sacrifice.

That's the kind of love I'm learning.

Don't let sexual temptation make you enter a relationship God never ordained.

Temporary pleasure can create permanent consequences.

I'd rather struggle with waiting than spend years recovering from a decision I made because I couldn't control myself.

Purity is still possible.

I want someone who has a genuine walk with God.

Someone who loves Scripture.

Someone who values holiness.

Someone who understands that marriage is not just about romance.

It's about two people helping each other follow Christ.

Sometimes I see beautiful couples and whisper:

“God, remember me.” 😂

But I've learned something:

I don't need somebody else's relationship to prove that God loves me.

I already have His love.

So I can wait without becoming desperate.

God's timing doesn't require my panic.

You can be single and still have a full life.

Jesus was never married, yet His life changed the world.

So marriage is beautiful.

But marriage is not the measure of your worth.

Christ is.
