There is a spiritual aspect and there is a physical aspect. No matter how you tried to dodge the spiritual aspect of life, the effect is visible in the physical because the spiritual controls the physical.

Similarly, there is crossing over before crossing over and what you do during the first crossing-over will go a long way in what 2023 brings your way.
