When something amazing or unpredictable happens, we ask, โ€œWhat are the chances?โ€ Before embarking on a tour or journey we want to put all things in place for our comfort because โ€œWe donโ€™t want to take any chances.โ€ Others sit at the Bet-Niger for hours trying to beat the slim chances of winning. Believing in luck, chance or coincidence (whatever you want to call it) is a random, chaotic way to live. Your life is buffeted by whichever way the wind blows. However, as Christians, we know that what happens to us is more than just coincidence. Believing that God has a plan for our lives and for the world is comforting. Since God is deeply involved in our lives and working to orchestrate events in our lives, we can be confident that life has deep meaning. It is more than a random series of events that lead to the day we die and our time is up. Knowing God is in control gives us a sense of purpose and a certainty about our future. Donโ€™t take the chance that God isnโ€™t in control. Submit to him, and watch his plan for you unfold so that your life will be meaningful and fulfilling.

Then God said, โ€œLet there be light,โ€ and there was light. Then God said, โ€œLet there be light,โ€ and there was light . . .Genesis 1:3

We understand that the entire universe was formed at Godโ€™s command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen. Hebrews 11:3

We make things with our hands, as directed by our minds. But the Bible is clear that God made the universe by command. We did not happen by chance, but by design of a loving Creator.

I have observed something else in this world of ours. The fastest runner doesnโ€™t always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesnโ€™t always win the battle. The wise are often poor, and the skillful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated donโ€™t always lead successful lives. It is all decided by chance, by being at the right place at the right time. Ecclesiastes 9:11

Sometimes lifeโ€™s events do seem to be random. The fastest runner doesnโ€™t always win the race; the most competent applicant doesnโ€™t get the job. At times like that, remember that your life is part of a bigger pictureโ€”Godโ€™s master plan. Things that happen to you are not always about you, but instead are a piece in a puzzle that will only make sense from an eternal perspective.

For the Lord is God, and he created the heavens and earth and put everything in place. He made the world to be lived in, not to be a place of empty chaos. โ€œI am the Lord,โ€ he says, โ€œand there is no other. Isaiah 45:18

And this is his plan: At the right time he will bring everything together under the authority of Christโ€”everything in heaven and on earth. Ephesians 1:10

โ€œFor I know the plans I have for you,โ€ says the Lord. โ€œThey are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.โ€ Jeremiah 29:11

While some things just happen, much of what determines the direction of your life is part of Godโ€™s plan for you. God opens doors of opportunity, but you must walk through them. If all things happened merely by chance, it would point to either no God at all or a God who is impersonal and detached from the human race. What a depressing and hopeless view of life that would be. However, the Bible says that God is compassionate and deeply involved in his creation, so much so, that he has an eternal plan for it and for you. While you may not understand how certain life events fit into Godโ€™s perfect plan, you can be confident that God is watching over your life and guiding you in a specific directionโ€”will you follow where he leads?

Speaking among themselves, they said, โ€œClearly we are being punished because of what we did to Joseph long ago. We saw his anguish when he pleaded for his life, but we wouldnโ€™t listen. Thatโ€™s why weโ€™re in this trouble.โ€ Genesis 42:21

So now I hate life because everything done here under the sun is so irrational. Everything is meaningless, like chasing the wind. I am disgusted that I must leave the fruits of my hard work to others. And who can tell whether my successors will be wise or foolish? And yet they will control everything I have gained by my skill and hard work. How meaningless! Ecclesiastes 2:17-19

When faced with confusing, random, or chaotic circumstances you will try to determine what happened and why. You try to find any reason that might bring order or understanding to the situation. Sometimes there is no good reasonโ€”it just happened because you live in a fallen world where bad things affect both good and bad people. But often there is a reason. Sin comes back to haunt everyone, even sins committed long ago because harmful actions always cause harmful reactions. God may be disciplining you, or he may be trying to teach you something. Before you just write off an event to chance, ask yourself if something you did might have caused this. Ask yourself what God might be trying to teach you. Ask him to show you what you might learn from it. Then ask him to help you move on with a fresh start.

But donโ€™t be angry with yourselves that you did this to me, for God did it. He sent me here ahead of you to preserve your lives . . . Genesis 45:5

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. Romans 8:28

God used even the seemingly unjust treatment of Joseph by his own brothers to fulfill his plan. He promises that everythingโ€”the good and the bad, the fun and the difficultโ€”works together for the good of Godโ€™s great plan for his people.

the wisdom we speak of is the mystery of Godโ€”his plan that was previously hidden, even though he made it for our ultimate glory before the world began. The wisdom we speak of is the secret wisdom of God, which was hidden in former times, though he made it for our benefit before the world began . . . 1 Corinthians 2:7

And this is the secret plan: The Gentiles have an equal share with the Jews in all the riches inherited by Godโ€™s children . . . Ephesians 3:6

Godโ€™s plan of redemption was established even before Creation itself. Jesus didnโ€™t come by chance. God knew what would happen, and he made a plan to fix it from the very beginning. Thatโ€™s how much he loves his people, his creation. Godโ€™s plan to save humankind included a provision for all people, both Jew and Gentile.

Now build a new cart, and find two cows that have just had calves. Make sure the cows have never been yoked to a cart. Hitch the cows to the cart, but shut their calves away from them in a pen. Put the Ark of the Lord on the cart, and beside it place a chest containing gold rats and gold tumors. Then let the cows go wherever they want. If they cross the boarder of our land and go to Beth-shemesh, we will know it was the Lord who brought this great disaster upon us. If they donโ€™t we will know that the plague was simply a coincidence and was not sent by the Lord at all. 1 Samuel 6:7-9

Some enemies of Israel, the Philistines, had stolen the Ark of the Covenant and then faced a horrible plague. They wondered if the plague was a coincidence or if it was caused by Israelโ€™s God who was angry with them. So the Philistine leaders came up with a test: They sent the Ark back to Israel by putting it on a cart drawn by cows who had just had calves. Normally, the cows would follow their natural instincts and return to their newborns. The leaders figured that if the cows drew the cart toward Israel, then it meant that God was overpowering their natural instincts. Indeed, the cows headed down the road toward Israel, which meant that God indeed had caused the plague. It had not been a coincidence; God showed his power over the laws of nature and chance.

Then the crew cast lots to see which of them had offended the gods and caused the terrible storm. When they did this, Jonah lost the toss. Jonah 1:7

Then they cast lots, and in this way Matthias was chosen and became an apostle with the other eleven. Acts 1:26

We may throw the dice, but the Lord determines how they fall.

You may try to leave your decisions or future up to chance by throwing dice or flipping a coin, but God already knows the outcome. Nothing can happen that he doesnโ€™t allow. Proverbs 16:33

Then the Lord asked Satan, โ€œHave you noticed my servant Job? He is the finest man in all the earthโ€”a man of complete integrity. He fears God and will have nothing to do with evil. And he has maintained his integrity, even though you persuaded me to harm him without cause.โ€ Job 2:3

Job was a man of integrity who lived obediently and pleased God. From Jobโ€™s perspective, his suffering must have seemed randomโ€”all a big mistake. However it was part of Godโ€™s plan to demonstrate to future generations an example of a godly person who trusts God despite present circumstances.

โ€œWhere did you gather all this grain today? Where did you work? May the Lord bless the one who helped you!โ€ So Ruth told her mother-in-law about the man in whose field she had worked. And she said, โ€œThe man I worked with today is named Boaz.โ€ โ€œMay the Lord bless him!โ€ Naomi told her daughter-in-law, โ€œHe is showing his kindness to us as well as to your dead husband. That man is one of our closest relatives, one of our family redeemers. Ruth 2:19-20

Life had been difficult for Ruth. She had lost her husband and had to move to a foreign land with her mother-in-law where she was forced to work to provide for the two of them. Ruth might have felt like her life was a string of random events. God was working behind the scenes, however, leading and guiding Ruth to meet Boaz, who would later become her husband and eventually an ancestor of the Messiah. Even when things seems disconnected or chaotic, take heart that God is working in your life even now, guiding you to the day when you will see how he was working for your good.

So why are you trying to find out the future by consulting mediums and psychics? Do not listen to their whisperings and mutterings. Can the living find out the future from the dead? Why not ask your God? Isaiah 8:19-20

Donโ€™t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. If you do this, you will experience Godโ€™s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

Only the God of the universe can know the answers to lifeโ€™s hardest questions. Donโ€™t trivialize God by attributing his plan for you as nothing more than chance or by only seeking answers from those who have a finite knowledge of how life really works. Ask the God who has all the answers, and he will reveal more and more to you.

John 14:6 NASB - Jesus said to him, โ€œI am the ๐—ช๐—”๐—ฌ, and the ๐—ง๐—ฅ๐—จ๐—ง๐—›, and the ๐—Ÿ๐—œ๐—™๐—˜; no one comes to the Father except through Me.

He intended to create another means of salvation to Arabia because he's so envious of life and fame of Hebrew Jesus that the best and worse of men were only able to affirm His sinlessness. In short, Mohammed gathered fame in his region by reading scripture learning Moses and Jesus to attack them for him to come to limelight. You know if he supported Jesus, who'd know him, after all, many believed Jesus Christ already. However, he was successful but couldn't tame his flesh dictations over his soul. He failed from fornication to killing to inhumane injunctions and to set of hellish doctrines. You can see his adherents in killings, rapings human and animals. Mohammed was able to decimate humanity to ferocious animals. They fight and kill for him because he had no moral and value to protect himself against intelligent questioning in moral... However, Quran kills him the most....for Quran talks of the sinlessness of Jesus and It affirms Jesus as the Christ. It's affirms Jesus Christ as the word of God, It affirms the virgin born of Jesus Christ but slyly robbed his followers salvation Jesus brought by avoiding to copy out that Jesus Christ died and rose again just as scriptures' prophecies and scripture said it. Devil really used him to destroy yet unknown followers through his jealousy and lust for influence over his people. For one of the criteria for Salvation is the faith in the death of Jesus Christ.

Let's talk

*BEING A LIVING SACRIFICE. YOU MUST*
1. *Come to life though you've been a dead sleeper*
Altar only receives living bodies and not the dead ones. So to be qualified as a sacrifice you got to come to life first from your sins and weaknesses. Arise from dead and Christ shall give you light. Eph 5:14

2. *Know that it's arbitrarily done.*
The offering of your body must be deliberate, self-made, self-sacrificed, willingly done, thoughtfully done and it's continual.
a. Remember, some made themselves eu**ch. Mat 19:12
b. Paul said: I die daily. 1 Cor 15:31
c. Cross is daily. Luke 9:28
d. Thoughtful sitting. Luke 14:31

3. *know It's knowledge-based.*
Your intelligence is called, your faculty is called and your mind is called.
a. Not by zeal. Romans 10:2
b. Firstly, Cost is counted Luke 14:28
c. It's confession exclusive

I am offered, sacrificed already and I died. His Son's Spirit rebirthed my dead-sacrificed body on the altar so I came to life having a new Spirit of His Son Jesus, still having my old body"

But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace, To reveal his Son in me...Galatians 1:15-16 KJV
a. You know we are sinners right from our mother's womb. Psalms 51:5
b. And God called us to life in Christ, live in Christ and to die on the altar as a living sacrifice and we died
b. but on rising up we're up with the new Spirit of His Son in our old bodies yet crying Abba father.
God calls You to be a sacrifice to have His Son revealed in You. Amen

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20 KJV

Now that you're sacrificed. Your old-self is gone. Amen, yet alive but Christ's Spirit is carrying your old body. You gave your will to Him willingly on the altar and gained Him as the carrier of your body.... Now, He's doing great than when you were the ruler. Amen

These made light of the Christ's word of His certain return. They did think less of Him. They thought having christians around them would be alarm for their quick and shallow preparation for their up-taking. Unknown to them that God cannot be mocked whatever a man sows the same he shall reap Gal 6:7. I am talking of the five foolish virgins. Matthew 25.

God sends the Spiritual update every morning
"They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness." Lam 3:23. But many people have a long time missed the series of update. They're yet to be refreshed for so long a time. So when the reawakening comes how will these people get the latest update? I remember I bought a 2021 phone made in 2023 and I got to download about six different sets of update in couple of days before it began to give me beautiful user-interface. Would Christ Jesus wait that long for you at His glorious return? Would Christ Jesus wait that long for you?
Think about this!

Let God be true and all men liars Romans 3:4. Men cannot outsmart God. You cannot wake up your dead spiritual life at the verge of Christ return, even though you receive the alarm. So don't be deceived. Bible tells us that man ought always to pray...It means you must always connect to the source of all Life. If your phone is always data connected it will receive the update whenever the maker sends the update. That's why you got to always be before God in spirit to be connected and ready
According to Ephesians 1:8. God's grace is lavished on us in all wisdom and prudent. His Spirit is ever looking to catch your attention since you penned down your insurance of life with Him.
Do what you got to do to be ready!

Matthew 18:21-22

Itโ€™s an early morning in October, and a mother is busy preparing for the day aheadโ€”making breakfast and getting her children ready for school. As she kisses each child good-bye, she has no idea of the tragedy that looms. Later that day a man will break into her daughterโ€™s school just after morning recess. This man will leave behind a su***de note explaining his anger at God at the death of his infant daughter, perhaps as a twisted explanation for the crimes he is about to commit.

Dismissing the boys, along with some others who are visiting the school, he orders the remaining childrenโ€”ten girls between the ages of six and thirteenโ€”to lie facedown on the floor of the schoolroom. Then he binds their ankles with wire and plastic ties. According to a surviving younger sister, the oldest girl asks the gunman to shoot her first, hoping he will spare the others. At 11:07 a.m. he begins shooting. When it is all over, Charles Carl Roberts IV has killed himself and five young girls.

Hereโ€™s how the deputy coroner of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, described the mayhem inside that school: โ€œThere was not one desk, not one chair, in the whole schoolroom that was not splattered with either blood or glass. There were bullet holes everywhere, everywhere.โ€

What would you or I do if we had been the mother of a child who had been murdered at the Old Order Amish West Nickel Mines School? I might have responded with bitterness or a desire for vengeance. But one mother shocked the world by joining others in her community in forgiving the murderer and extending grace to his family. To make it real, she attended his funeral and sent meals and flowers to his widow.

Where does a mother get the grace and courage to do something like that? At the foot of the cross of the extraordinary man who said, โ€œFather, forgive them, for they donโ€™t know what they are doingโ€ (Luke 23:34).

Father, please give me grace to forgive even as I have been forgiven. As I do, grant me your peace.
