*PRAY*
Jehovah our Father,
As we step into this new month, we ask that You go before us and walk with us.
Please be our Shepherd and our Guide. Give us wisdom for every decision, strength for every task, and peace when things feel uncertain.
Provide what we need each day, protect our household, and help us keep our eyes on You.
Let Your spirit fill our home, our work, and our hearts. May we bring You honor in all we do this month.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

*Scriptures to hold onto this month:*

- *Psalm 23:1* — _“Jehovah is my Shepherd. I will lack nothing.”_
He’s leading us, so we won’t go without what we truly need.
- *Isaiah 41:10* — _“Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you.”_
His presence goes with us into every new day.
- *Proverbs 3:5-6* — _“Trust in Jehovah with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding. In all your ways take notice of him, and he will make your paths straight.”_
When we include Him, He directs our steps.
- *James 1:5* — _“If any of you is lacking in wisdom, let him keep asking God, for he gives generously to all and without reproaching.”_
We can ask Him for guidance all month long.
- *Matthew 6:11* — _“Give us today our bread for this day.”_
He cares about our daily needs and provides in His time.

May Jehovah’s peace guard your heart and His hand bless your work this September in Jesus Christ name Amen.

*THE BATTLE IS THE LORD'S* *2 Chronicles 20:15*
_"...the battle is not yours, but God’s."_

*ONE WORD: SURRENDER*

*Definition of Surrender:*
To surrender means to stop fighting in your own strength, to yield control, and to hand over the situation to someone stronger.
In spiritual terms, surrender is saying: _"God, I can't, but You can."_

* *SURRENDER THE FIGHT TO GOD*

*1. STOP STRUGGLING*
*Explanation:* Many battles in life are won on our knees, not with our hands. We worry, we panic, we try to fix people and problems.
God is saying: _"Be still and know that I am God"_ Psalm 46:10.
When you surrender, you exchange anxiety for trust. You let go so God can take over.
_Illustration: Like a child who stops crying and puts the heavy bag in daddy’s hand._

*2. START STANDING*
*Explanation:* Surrender is not passivity. After you give God the battle, He tells you to stand.
_"Stand firm and see the deliverance of the Lord"_ 2 Chron 20:17
Your part becomes: Faith instead of fear, Worship instead of worry, Obedience instead of overthinking.
Standing means you refuse to quit while God is working behind the scenes.

*3. SEE SALVATION*
*Explanation:* Salvation here means deliverance, victory, and rescue.
When God fights, He doesn’t just help you win — He wins completely. And He gets all the glory.
Jehoshaphat didn’t lift a sword, but Judah had more spoil than they could carry 2 Chron 20:25.
When you surrender, you see God turn your pain to praise and your problem to provision.

*CHARGE:*
Stop carrying what God already said He will carry.
The battle is not yours to win, it’s yours to watch God win.

*ALTAR CALL:*
Is there a battle you’ve been fighting alone? Job, marriage, health, finances?
Today, surrender it.
*Prayer:* _Lord, I surrender this battle to You. I stop struggling. I choose to stand. Fight for me and get the glory._

And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. Luke 22:41-43. Jesus Christ saw the suffering and wickedness He was to go through in the hands of men and His heart was heavy. It wasn't easy but He went through it all the same. But it was much more painful because He went through it on the cross all by Himself. Even The Father that answered Him at all times Departed from Him BECAUSE HE WAS CARRYING THE SIN OF MEN AND GOD HATE SIN
Matthew 27:46 KJV And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
when Jesus died on the cross, all our sins—without exception—were transferred to Him. He was without sin, for He was God in human flesh. But as He died all our sins were placed on Him, and He became the final and complete sacrifice for our sins. And in that moment He was banished from the presence of God, for sin cannot exist in God’s presence. His cry speaks of this truth; He endured the separation from God that you and I deserve.

GOD WILL MAKE A WAY FOR YOU

A WORD

When life presses hard, the safest place to stand is on what God has said, not on what we feel.

God’s promises are not suggestions. In 2 Corinthians 1:20, every promise of God finds its yes in Christ. That means when He says, “I will never leave you,” He means it. When He says, “I will supply all your need,” it is still true today. Standing on His promises is simply choosing to believe His word louder than your circumstances.

But promises are not activated by worry, they are activated by prayer. Prayer is how we lay hold of what God has already spoken. Philippians 4:6 says, “in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” So you bring the promise to Him: “Lord, You said You are my Shepherd, so I will not lack. You said You give peace, so I receive it now.”

Standing and praying go together. We stand because His word is firm. We pray because our hearts are dependent. Don’t shift when the storm comes. Open your Bible, find a promise that fits your situation, and pray it back to God.

He is faithful to do it for you. Go and win in Jesus Christ name Amen

Victory doesn’t start when the battle ends. It starts the moment you remember whose you are. Christ has already overcome the world, so fear doesn’t get the final word over your life. Stand where He stands. Walk like the fight is His, because it is. Hold fast, speak truth, and refuse to quit. The same power that raised Him from the dead is working in you now. Keep moving forward — victory is already in motion.

*Pray*
Lord Jesus, remind me daily that I belong to You. Strengthen my heart to stand firm, quiet every fear, and let me walk in the victory You’ve already won. Work in me by Your Spirit, and lead me forward today in Jesus Christ name, Amen.
