Growth is not just physical, it's covers every area and aspect of life. It can be physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, etc.
• The challenge is that people are not growing spiritually, and it's the reason for the divers problems we are having in the body of Christ and our local churches.
1. SPIRITUAL BABE
✓text: John.3:1-8. 1Corrinthians.3:1
• As it is in the natural, so it is in the spiritual. There are also spiritual babies.
✓CHARACTERISTICS OF A BABE
👉 WEAKNESS - Not strong.
• Treat spiritual babies with care. They are very delicate. If as parents, you don't know how to treat babies, you may kill them with your hands.
👉 The Role Of The Babe In Growing Up
• The babe must DESIRE MILK. If the babe has no desire for milk (The Word Of God), he or she cannot grow.
✓1Peter.2:2.
• We grow into salvation.
👉 Babies Are Right For A Season. Just for a moment - limited time. When your right(just) season (time) is over, there are penalties (punishments) for violations.
👉 Babies Are Foolish.
• Everything is food to a new born baby. They take in everything within their reach.
• The go anywhere. They don't know where to go and where not to go.
• They can sit anywhere, and on anything. They don't know RESTRICTIONS - Boundaries.
• They can play with anything. All things are for playing with. They don't know special, harmful or delicate things.
👉 Babes Give Up Easily - Quickly.
• They destroy things easily out of frustration and anger. things that of great value.
👉 They Are Easily Angry - Quick to anger. they are very emotional.
• Crying always, and over anything.
• Complaints; always complaining and reporting everything.
👉 They Can Be Very Destructive.
They don't know valuable things
👉 Babes Always Claim Right.
• They are always right in their sight
√The season (stage) of being a babe is momentarily. If when you should be an adult, you are still at the stage of a babe, it becomes an error.
✓Psalm 131:2. Genesis.21:8. 1Samuel.1:24-25.
• The weaning period of the child is the most celebrated season of the parents
2. THE CHILD STAGE.
There are also children spiritually
✓Ephesians. 4:14. Acts 19:7
👉 Unstable: this is a character of a child.
👉 Attracted to everything. they want to have everything.
👉 Talkativeness: Talking too much is a character of a child.
✓Ecclesiastes. 3. Ephesians.5:4. Isaiah 11:8
> GOD WORKS AND WALKS WITH ONLY THE MATURED.
✓Isaiah 28:9.
• God is working with sons(adults, the matured) only.
