From the Pastor's Desk:
Heavenly Father, Father of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the maker of heaven and Earth, the great I'm that I'm, we come before You today as a people in deep need of Your grace.
You are holy, faithful, and completely true. We ask that You look upon us with mercy and wash us clean from every hidden compromise, double standard, and impure motive. Lord, create in us clean hearts. Purify our thoughts, our words, and our actions so that our private lives will honor You just as much as our public live's declarations. 🙏🏽
Give us the grace to stand firm. When the pressures of the world pull us toward dishonesty, selfishness, and moral decay, give us bold hearts to resist temptation.
Bind us together in unity and integrity. Let our love for one another be genuine. Remove bitterness, deceit, and division from our midst. 🙏🏽
Make us a light to our generation. Help us to demonstrate Your unfailing faithfulness and holy character to the world around us, that others may see our good works and glorify Your name.
We surrender our weaknesses to Your strength. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. May our lives reflect Your pure and steadfast love. 🙏🏽
As far as ECWA LC SABON Fobur is concerned, we need You to help Jos East LGA with:
1. Oh Lord intervene on the subject of rotation/zoning, and heal our land.
2. We need You oh Lord to appoint a substantial leader for Fobur district.
3. I pray for employment for our youths who are done with NYSC.
4. Merciful God, bless our farmers and protect them from Fulani Banditry.
5. Save our youths from addiction oh Lord, block the sources of this destructive substances. Heal our sick family members.
6. Besides human leaders, we admit that You are fully in control of this world. Grant us dear Lord Your favor, especially everyone on this platform. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen." 🙏🏽
