TOPIC: Prayer before and after meals....................................
Hello Brethrens,
it's nice sharing this speech with each and everyone of you reading this Gospel, thanks alot
Now let's look at this topic very closely.... we can see that many of us currently abuse , reject and are being hypocritical over the prayers we make during a meal.
I, a day, saw a guy saying something he said... why should I pray over a food cooked by my mother? 🤷
that was a nice question , I said to my self... i walked up to him and said these following words.
Hi brethren !
why not pray before taking this meal?
he said its of no need since he knws the source of his food.
but this words came out of me...... brethren, do u knw you just made a very annoying and ungrateful words to the creator? But today because the lord is merciful he has directed me to teach u reason why we have to pray, these are;
When JESUS gathered the breads and fishes, what did he do even as the Lord, mighty God? He gave Thanks for firstly the production and for they being able to see a meal.... thus tells us that, we have seen meal yes we have but why don't we give thanks to him who gave us that bread in our hands, he feeds us though it's not that we are righteous or holy but for his mercy and care for us he has given the meal we have, then , this young man came to realise why prayer was to be made..... prayer for a meal is not meant to be mainly for the protection of ourselves over any infirmity befalling the meal but that we can give thanks to the Lord who provided our needs.
