*TOPIC: “SERVING GOD WITH YOUR ABILITY”.*

*God gave you various abilities and capabilities primarily to advance His Kingdom.*

Scripture📖: Exodus 36:1.
"Then Wrought Bezaleel and Aholiab, and Every Wise Hearted Man, in Whom the Lord Put Wisdom and Understanding to Know how To Work All Manner of Work for The Service of The Sanctuary, According to All that The Lord Had Commanded".

Thought for The Day🤔: God gave you various abilities and capabilities primarily to advance His Kingdom.

It has been confirmed that dedication to God means waiting on Him for instruction and command unto service. Service to God involves running His errands (John 2:5). Whether it is a soul-winning assignment, assignment in the sanctuary, or in the home church, service means running errands for God.

Today, we shall be looking at one dimension of service.

Serving God with one’s ability and capability

This involves serving God with what you are able and capable of doing.

Exodus 36:1 says,
"Then wrought Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whom the Lord put wisdom and understanding to know how to work all manner of work for the service of the sanctuary, according to all that the Lord had commanded."

Service involves deploying your capability and creativity for the service of the sanctuary of God.

It is not proper when you have the capability that heaven needs for the expansion of God’s Kingdom and you only use it to make money for personal consumption.

If you know how to do something that will advance God’s Kingdom and His Agenda on earth, don’t just do that thing only to advance yourself and the world. God gave you various abilities and capabilities primarily to advance His Kingdom.

And we have three forms of ability: Physical ability, mental ability and spiritual ability.

This means, we have people deploying their energy for cleaning the House of God for others to sit. The

TOPIC: THE IMPORTANCE OF FAITH

Your life, as a child of God, depends on your faith just as human beings depend on water for survival.

SCRIPTURE: I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, and I have kept the faith: 2 Timothy 4:7

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Your life, as a child of God, depends on your faith just as human beings depend on water for survival.

Faith is a vital component of the Christian life. That is why Christianity is also referred to as “The Faith.”

A major achievement of our Christian journey is, therefore, the keeping of our faith (2 Timothy 4:7). At the end of your life in the world, one of the marks of your success is that you kept the faith.

Now, keeping the faith is necessary because your life, as a child of God, depends on your faith just as human beings depend on water for survival.

Faith is the oxygen of the Spirit. That is why when faith fails, life is at risk.

It is important to know that faith can fail (Luke 22:31-32). And faith failure can be as disastrous to life as the failure of an aircraft engine. Faith failure is indeed disastrous to life. Therefore, we must guard our faith not to fail.

Now, why must we guard our faith not to fail?

1. Faith is critical to life

Faith is a sustainer of life because the just only live by faith (Romans 1:17). So, when faith fails, life can end.

2. Faith is a platform for victory

When you stand on the ground of faith, you are on the ground of victory (1 John 5:4).

Please understand this: when faith fails, life ends as casualty.

3. Faith is the strength of our salvation

Ephesians 2:8 says:

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Faith is the sustainer of our salvation.

Beloved, my counsel is, ensure that your faith does not fail. Guard your faith!

*💐 SUBJECT: NO POWERLESS CHILD OF GOD*

*God does not have a powerless son or daughter. To be a child of God qualifies and positions you for power!*

*SCRIPTURE:* And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead. **Romans 1:4*

*THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:* God does not have a powerless son or daughter. To be a child of God qualifies and positions you for power!

In most local communities like villages, the son of a native or witch doctor is highly dreaded. People fear both him and his father. When he passes by, people would usually remark, “That is the son of that wicked native doctor” and they will fearfully give way for him to pass, just because of who gave birth to him.

The son of a native or witch doctor can threaten anyone on behalf of his father. He can tell someone, “Do you know me? Do you know whose son I am? If you are not careful, I will deal with you now”, and people would be afraid of him because of his father. He is able to do this because he is aware of whose son he is. Thus he exercises power and authority over people who are under the influence of his threat and bo***ge.

In a far better and positive way, our sonship in God naturally positions us for supernatural power.

When I say, “son of God”, I mean every child of God, whether man or woman, boy or girl. Being a son of God positions you naturally for supernatural power. God gave power to as many as received Him ( *John 1:12).* God does not have a powerless child. God does not have a powerless son or daughter. Every child of God has power; whether you are using the power or not is a different matter altogether. To be a child of God qualifies and positions you for power! So, make up your mind to exercise the power at your disposal as a child of the Almighty God.

Worship is more than just singing songs at church—it’s daily expressing our reverence, awe, and praise towards God.

No matter what we go through, God is always worthy of our worship. And it’s never been more important to prioritize it.
