You are not alone. Your life matters. 🤍

On this World Su***de Prevention Day, let’s remember that behind every smile may be a silent struggle.

As Christians, we are called to be people who listen, care, and show love—not only when someone asks for help, but even when they seem okay.

🫂 Check on your friends.
👂 Listen without judgment.
❤️ Be kind with your words.
🙏 Pray with and for those who are struggling.
🤝 Encourage someone to reach out to a trusted person when they need support.

A simple “How are you really doing?” can open the door to a much-needed conversation.

Let’s create a community where no one feels they have to face difficult moments alone.

🚨 STOP SCROLLING — THIS MIGHT BE THE EXCUSE YOU’VE BEEN MAKING.

You don’t need another motivational speech. You need discipline.

There are things you keep saying you’ll do “later” that are quietly affecting your growth.

Here are 3 habits Christian youths need to stop postponing:

1. 🙏🏽 Spending time with God
Stop waiting until you “feel spiritual.” Build the habit of prayer and studying God’s Word consistently.

2. 📚 Taking your academics seriously
Stop waiting until exams are around the corner before you start reading. Small, consistent effort beats last-minute panic.

3. 🎯 Working on yourself
That skill. That book. That course. That goal. Stop waiting for the “perfect time.” Start with what you have.

Discipline is doing what matters, even when you don’t feel like it.

Your future self will thank you for the things you choose to do today.
