πŸ“Œ Worry is a time waster. It chokes off tomorrow's testimony by meditating on today's problem.

We must trust Jesus today and leave tomorrow entirely with Him.
Focus your prayers on the present because victory today is the assurance of victory tomorrow.
I enjoin you today, trust God the more, wait on Him, think on what is pure and honest. Enjoy this one life you have, because if the situation you are worrying about does not happen, your health and your emotions will suffer just the same.
Cast your cares upon Him, for cares for you.

*WISDOM FOR THE WEEK*
*Monday 18th MAY, 2026*
*Holy Spirit: Our Helper*

*_"And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you." - Ephesians 4:30-32_*

On *Sunday 24th May,* the church will celebrate *_"Pentecost" the birthday of the church of Jesus Christ._*
The day the Holy Spirit came upon the disciples of Jesus at the upper room.
As believers, we received the Holy Spirit as our helper when we were regenerated. However, Paul warned us not to grieve the Holy Spirit.
But many Christians grieve the Holy Spirit through bitterness, rage, anger, clamour and slander.
The truth we don't grasp is that the Holy Spirit is easily offended and when He is grieved, He withdraws His manifest presence.
*Joy is the proof the Holy Spirit is present(Ps 16:11) while depression is the proof He's withdrawn(Hosea 5:15).*

*Remember, the Holy Spirit is a person, not fire, wind or a dove. He is our helper living in us. His job in our lives is to lead us into a victorious life that glorifies God.*

*_Beloved, this week, I enjoin you to seek the leading and habitual companionship of the Holy Spirit._*

*_"I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth."_*
Psalm 34:1

βœ… Praise is an act of your will.

βœ… Praise is your recognition of Jesus as the Lord of your life. Satan used to be the leader of praise in heaven until God cast him and his host out. So, praise makes him sick and unsettles the demons.

βœ… Praise lifts you to where God is. He values praise and chooses to dwell in your praise (Psalm 22:3).

βœ… When you praise God continually, the miraculous happens because He responds to it.
