Isa 61:3NIV: and provide for those who grieve in Zion— to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.

NIV:They will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated; they will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations.

For everyone God created, there's an assignment for his life. Our assignment is a deterrent to the way we live.
The discovery of our assignment is the first step to fulfilling it, because there are things we get involved in, that would perpetually keep us from moving forward in life. But when we live with the consciousness that there's a reason for which life was (is) given to us then we would live purposefully.

There are things that are strongholds and if we give attention to them, they will keep us down perpetually.
