Today's Service Was Awesome!!!
Words can't describe the amazing time we had in God's presence today as we blessed God for the Gift of His Son Jesus Christ, who came to died for us and redeemed us, then resurrected on the third day.

We also blessed God for the gift of this wonderful, beautiful and unique children.

EXCERPTS FROM TODAY'S MESSAGE:

Here Apostle Paul was defending the resurrection actively.
It is not enough to have the theology in the head, it must show in our lives.
We should never think that we have learnt a doctrine until we have seen the fruit in our lives.
Christianity is more than dancing, with this understanding we need to be steadfast, always abounding in faith.

*BE STEADFAST
-IN THE DOCTRINE OF THE GOSPEL
- IN CHARACTER
- IN THE LEVEL OF CHRISTIAN MATURITY
- IN OUR CHRISTIAN WORK

UNMOVEABLE
- THIS IS STRONGER THAN BEING FIRM
- DON'T BE MOVED BY THE CUSTOM OF THE WORLD

*ALWAYS ABOUNDING IN THE WORK OF THE LORD
- EVERY CHRISTIAN OUGHT TO BE ENGAGED IN THE WORK OF THE LORD
- IN THE LIGHT OF HIS RECURRECTION, CHRISTIAN SHOULD ALWAYS BE ABOUNDING IN GOD'S WORK BECAUSE HE DIED AND HE ROSE AGAIN.
-ANYTIME YOU PROSPER IN THE WORK, DON'T BE PROUD BECAUSE IT IS GOD'S WORK.

MAY THE GOOD LORD OPEN YOUR EYES TO SEE THE LIGHT OF THE RESURRECTED CHRIST IN JESUS NAME AMEN

As we embark on a spiritual journey into 2024, our New year service sermon echoed timeless invitation of Jesus as follows:

TOPIC: Keep Following Jesus
TEXT: Matthew 4:15-19

Excerpts from the message:
In this year 2024 and even beyond, what God wants us to do is to follow Him and not just anyone claiming to follow Christ.
We'll see four types of Follow Me.
1. FOLLOW ME OF FAITH (Hebrews 4:16): This Follow Me was what happened to us all on the day Jesus redeemed us from sin.
2. THE FOLLOW ME OF FISHING FOR MEN (Matthew 4:19):There's a need for personal evangelism and this shouldn't be neglected by the church.
3. THE FOLLOW ME OF FULL SURRENDER (Matthew 16:24): The Cross was offensive to Peter when Jesus declared that He was going to die the death of the cross just as it is to sinners now. To get to heaven, the cross must be central to us.
4. THE FOLLOW ME OF FOCUSING ON JESUS (John 21:15-22): Keep following Jesus personally, don't compete with anyone.

It is our prayer that you will keep following Jesus in 2024 and beyond in Jesus Name (Amen).
