CONTINUATION
As long as your relationship with God is intact, signs and wonders shall be unto you what breathing is to the living.
When God commissioned Moses to go to Egypt as the delivered of his people Israel, He equipped him with a Rod Exodus 4:17 Thou shalt take this Rod in thine hand where with thou shall do signs. Moses left Midian to pursue his ministry with the Rod of God in his hand. Exodus 4:20. All that Moses needed to fulfil his divine mandate was the Rod of God. The Rod was sufficient for Moses.
The Rod of God in Moses hand was revealed to us in the scripture as the Rod of Jesse. Isaiah 11:1-2. The Rod signifies Jesus, the Word of God. The living and written word. John 1:1-3, 1 John 5:7, Revelation 19:13

UNDERSTANDING OUR ROOT FOR SIGNS AND WONDERS. PT 2
The prophetic theme of this month of February 2022 is "I am for signs and wonders, Isaiah 8:18. It is the desire of all to live a life that is characterized by miracles and blessings. At this point, it becomes very important that we learn from Moses and the whole congregation of the children of Israel.
Moses went after the ways, nature and character of miracle working God in a whole hearted relationship with him, while the children of Israel was after His miracles and blessings and that was why they were not satisfied.
You can never be satisfied when your priority is not in order. Matt 6:33. Your priority must be God first. He alone will meet all your needs and you will be satisfied. Psalm 103:7 "He made known His ways unto Moses and His acts unto the children of Israel.
God made His ways known to Moses by revealing His character to Him, while the people of Israel only saw His acts and deeds - what He did, His miraculous works. WHY !
The heart of Moses panted after God and His presence. Moses wanted God more than what he wanted God to do for him. He went after God's ways and God made it known to him. Moses knew God while the people of Israel knew about God. Moses knew God's ways, nature and character and he was not afraid of His presence. Moses had a whole hearted relationship with God and God differentiated him not only from the people of Israel but also from other prophets. Numbers 12: 6-8
At a point, Moses was willing to give up entering the promise land if God will not go with him. Exodus 33:15 "and He said unto Him, if they presence go not with me, carry not us up hence.
A born again Christian is born of wonder because he is an overcomer. 1 John 5:4. He is also for signs and wonders Isaiah 8:18.

ENGAGING SPIRITUAL WEAPONS FOR FULFILMENT OF PROPHECY
In our last teaching in this series, we understood that God's purpose and thought are sworn verdict i.e it must surely come to pass (Isaiah 14:24). The thought and purpose of God is His counsel and secret but He reveals what He wants to do for us His children through His servants and prophets, then it becomes no more a secret thing. (Deuteronomy 29:29, Amos 3:7)
Prophecy gives us a knowledge of what God intends to do and it will happen. Your attitude will determine if it will have expression in your life or not.
Whenever God reveals His intention, the enemy rises up against its fulfilment in our lives.
Every journey to the promised land must encounter oppositions. Therefore,
expect oppositions whenever great and effectual doors are opened unto you ( 1 Corinthians 16:9). We must be battle ready to face oppositions of our glorious destiny in Christ Jesus.
THE NATURE OF THE BATTLE
It is a spiritual warfare. Ephesians 6:12
THE NATURE OF OUR WEAPON
Since we are in a spiritual battle, we need spiritual weapons of
1. The Word of God. Ephesians 6:17. The enemy may come with lies and deception - a counterfeit word, but have faith on God's Word.
2. Prayer. Ephesians 6:18.
3. Worship: Worship is a condition of the heart. Worship is singing words of adoration and exaltation to God that come from our own heart that no one has ever written before.
4. The Name of Jesus. Philippians 2:9-11. Every religion has a god but the name of our Lord Jesus makes a great difference.
5. Fasting. Isaiah 58:6, Matthew 17:21. Fasting is an amazing tool for spiritual warfare in breaking bo***ge and setting the captive free
6. Testimony. Revelation 12:11. The enemy cannot convince you that what God has done for you didn't really happen. Your testimony is what God has done for you. Share it when doubts set in.

UNDERSTANDING MY COVENANT ROLE IN THE PROPHETIC
The fulfilment of prophecy is the sole work of God while the fulfilment in our lives is our individual responsibility. The word of God in prophecy is the thought and purpose of God. Prophecy is a sworn verdict. Isaiah 14:24 "The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand". Isaiah 46:10 " Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure"
Fulfilment of prophecy is not our problem. Our problem is to ensure that God's thought and purpose in the prophetic is being manifested in our lives. It is one thing to see prophecy being fulfilled and another to see prophecy being fulfilled in our lives. What you see is not as important as what you received from what you saw. You can see good things happening but is it happening in your life?. There are many cars on the road, how many are yours? Houses are built everywhere, which of them is yours? God said to Abraham "as far as you can see have I given you. Genesis 13:15. And Abraham engaged on the covenants that ensured the delivery on his descendants
Moses, a descendant of Abraham saw the promise land but he did not enter into it. Deuteronomy 34:4 "And the LORD said unto him, This is the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see it with thine eyes, but thou shalt not go over thither".
The lord on whose hand the king leaned of 2 kgs 7:1-20 saw fulfilled prophecy but he did not eat of it. Why did it happen to this men? For Moses, it was disobedience while for the lord in whom the king leaned, it was unbelief.
