"Empower Yourself with Courage and Protection: A Simple Ritual
To cultivate bravery, intelligence, and fearlessness in all you do, and to face challenges with confidence, try this simple fortification ritual:
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs (native or ordinary)
- 1 white onion (or ordinary onion)
- 1 avocado seed
- Your own urine
Instructions:
1. Pound the onion and avocado seed together until well combined.
2. Mix the mixture into your urine.
3. Place the 3 eggs into the urine mixture and leave for 3 days.
4. After 3 days, cook 1 egg each day in the same urine mixture and eat the egg (not the shell).
5. Repeat this process for 3 days.
Important: During the entire process, no one should see your nakedness.
