MESSAGE: QUENCHING FLESHLY OR WORLDLY DESIRES

Thirst means a craving or longing. It also means a want or eager desire for something.
The gift of God is eternal life (Romans 6:23)
To quench that fleshly desire, first you must know Jesus and make sure you are genuinely saved.
Until you create that Godly desire you will not get the living water.
The word drink is a figure of speech, which means to receive into one's consciousness or senses.
Eternal life is free if only you are ready. Isaiah 55:1
Prayer does not kill desire, only desire can kill desire.
For a desire to die in you you have to create an opposite desire. (Psalm 73:25, Revelation 22:17)
WHO IS THE LIVING WATER?
God The Father is first of all the Living Water (Jeremiah 17:13, Jeremiah 2:12-13)
The Holy Spirit is also the Living Water (John 7:37-39)
The Living Water is also the Word of God who is Jesus Christ (Ephesians 5:25-27)
The Living Water represents the fullness of God.
A man that is full of God will never develop appetite for the things of the World.
Each Church is a well and Each Pastor is a well.
If you can fill your heart and soul with the things of the kingdom and the word of God, the blessings of God will be inevitable.
There is a way you will have the fullness of God in you, that everything in this world will become futile to you.
Whatever thing you are doing in the kingdom of God has a value, and heaven will surely pay you for it.
Fleshly desire attracts God's wrath. (Colossians 3:5-6)
Wrath means punishment, serious anger that leads to judgement.
No man can harbour worldly desires and act righteously.
Worldly desires deprives man answers to prayers. (Psalm 10:17-18)
A man cannot stay in God's commandments and reason outside God.
If you are truly righteous, your desires will be good in the sight of God. (Proverbs 11:23, Proverbs 10:24)
A man can not be in God and his desires will not be in line with God.
Evil desires brings sorrow (1 Timothy 6:6-10)
