YAWM UL-'ARAFAT: THE GREATEST DAY AMONG DAYS

Fasting on the Day of 'Arafah is a confirmed Sunnah for those who are not performing Hajj. What Makes this Day important?

The Prophet (ﷺ) said:

Fasting on the Day of Arafah expiates the sins of Previous year and the Following year.

It is the Day Allaah frees more of His servants from Hellfire:

There is no day when Allaah sets free more servants from Hell than the Day of 'Arafa. He draws near, then praises them to the angels, saying: What do these want?

May Allaah (ﷻ) guide us through the straight path, preserve us upon goodness, save us from Hellfire and unite us in Jannaat ul-Firdaus. آمين
