At our Asalatu program last Sunday, we sought Allah’s blessings by reciting one of the most powerful du‘as from the Glorious Qur’an:
Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan wa qina ‘adhaban-nar.
Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and save us from the punishment of the Fire. -- (Qur’an 2:201)

We also prayed to Allah for His mercy and for the safe return of our members in Makkah. May Allah bless them, accept their acts of worship, and grant them Hajj Mabrur. 🤲

🕌 Ramadan Day 8 Lecture Summary
Topic:Prayer and Quran Recitation as Shields Against Sin.

Today’s Ramadan Lecture was delivered by our grand missionar *FADHEELAT USTADH MUSA OLADIMEJI IMRAN (Allahu Gaalib) Raodotul Jannati El-Islamiy.*

The lecture centered on Character in Islam, emphasizing that good character (Akhlaq) is one of the foundations of true faith. The Missioner explained that Islam is not only about acts of worship, but also about how we treat others with honesty, humility, patience, kindness, and respect.

He reminded us that the Prophet Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was sent to perfect good character, and that a believer’s behavior should reflect the teachings of the Qur’an in daily life. Good character strengthens relationships, builds unity, and earns the pleasure of Allah.

He encouraged everyone to examine their attitudes, avoid arrogance and bad habits, and strive to be examples of righteousness in speech and actions.

May Allah reward the hosts — Alh. Habeebat Yaakub, Alh. Fatimat Akinyemi, Alh. Basirat Akinwunmi, and Alh. Kudirat Ballo — for their dedication and support.

May Allah grant us good character, purify our hearts, strengthen all members of Raodotul Jannati El-Islamiy upon righteousness, and make us true ambassadors of Islam. Ameen
