Topic: Winner Forget the Past

*Scripture:*
But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead. Philippians 3:13b (NIV)

True leaders are not prisoners of their past. Whether it’s past failures or even past success, a *winner learns to forget what is behind* and press forward. Paul, despite his great revelations and accomplishments, understood that looking back slows down spiritual momentum. Dwelling on regrets leads to guilt. Holding on to past victories leads to complacency. *Winners move forward with focus.*

*1. Let Go of Past Failures* Every leader stumbles. But staying down is not an option. God's grace empowers you to *rise, learn, and move on*. Let past mistakes be your teacher, not your prison.

*2. Don’t Live Off Yesterday’s Glory*
Yesterday’s success is not today’s strength. *You need fresh grace, fresh wisdom, and fresh hunger.* Winners are not satisfied with "what was"—they pursue "what can be."

*3. Forward-Looking Leaders Inspire Others* When you press ahead with faith, you give those behind you permission to grow. Your focus sets the tone for your team. *Lead with vision, not with history.*

*Prayer:*
Lord, help me release every burden of the past. Free me from guilt, pride, and nostalgia. Give me eyes to see what lies ahead, and the courage to run with purpose. I choose to be a forward-moving leader.

*Topic: Set Your Goals Now*

*Scripture:*
Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. Habakkuk 2:2 (NKJV)

Welcome to the second half of the year, You can reset your dreams now is not too late. A leader without clear goals is like a traveler without a map. No matter how passionate or gifted you are, *direction is what gives meaning to motion.* God told Habakkuk to *“write the vision”* — not just see it. Why? Because what’s not written is easily forgotten, and what’s not defined cannot be pursued intentionally. Every great leader must take time to *pray, plan, and set specific goals*—spiritual, personal, organizational. Goals give focus, clarify priorities, and measure progress. The year is moving, but *you don’t move with time—you lead it.* Set your goals with God, now.

*1. Written Goals Create Movement* When vision is clear and written, it energizes you and others. People run with clarity, not confusion.

*2. Goals Must Be Prayerfully Set* Don’t plan alone. Involve God. Ask, “Lord, what do You want me to pursue in this season?”

*3. Goals Produce Accountability* A clear goal shows you whether you're advancing or stalling. What gets measured gets managed.

*4. The Future Belongs to the Focused*
Those who aim at nothing hit it every time. Don’t drift. Lead intentionally—start now. I lead with vision. I set my goals in God. I move forward with focus, discipline, and divine direction.

Prayer:
Lord, help me to set goals that align with Your purpose for my life and leadership. Teach me to plan with wisdom, faith, and clarity. Let my goals reflect Your will, and give me the discipline to pursue them with focus.
