Remembering His sacrifice, receiving His grace.

"Do this in remembrance of me."(Luke 22:19)
"Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life"(John 6:54)
Communion reminds me: He broke His body so mine could be whole. He poured out His blood so I could be covered. "He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness"(1 Peter 2:24 )
