Sermon in Memory of Anietie Udoh (Passion for Souls VC)

Text: Eccl 3:1-2
-''He didn't die without starting the vision given to him by God.
--We cannot negotiate when to born and time to die, we can only to serve God or the devil. negotiate
Gen 6:1-3 We will never die young
-Psa 90:12 beyond every celebration, there is a need to number our days and apply wisdom to all our doings.
--The VC's trumpet has been sang and you don't have power over when yours will be sang, hence live with eternity in view.
--1Thes 4:13-17 we must not weep as someone who does not have hope. It's in the sovereignty of God to answer our prayers. Hence, we should take solace that he sleeps.
--There are two eternities, heaven or hell, it's a matter of choice.
--Its is needful that we must not just be alive but must remain in Christ if we must be raptured.
--Isa 57:1 He is leaving the evil that is to come, hence, God chooses to take him.
--It is never in our place to judge anyone.
--God in his sovereignty takes away the Righteous from the evil and wicked world.
Psa 116:4
--If you die as a righteous, there is hope for us.
--It is better to live brief here on earth and make eternity in heaven than to live long on earth and spend eternity in hell.
--If you die in sin, all your good works are not meaningful.
1Thes 5:23.
--The coming of Christ as a thief is for unbelievers and for us believers, we should be prepared at all times to meet with Jesus Christ.
--Don't be like the foolish Virgin rather be wise at all times.
Phil 4:3 ensure that your name is in the book of life..
---Don't play religion rather examine your life daily if you are still in faith.
*N/B: Avoid leaving a careless life*
*This was a strong warning to all of us.*
Never take a break and move into sin because satan is looking for such opportunity to strike.
--Never take a vacation for God.

When you keep yourself, the wicked one (satan) can't touch you.
*ENSURE THAT WHAT YOU DO PER TIME GIVES GLORY TO GOD.*
-Col 1:27 There is no hope for sinners. Christ must be in you for you to have hope.
