The curtains have finally drawn on the week-long celebration of the Christ Universal Children Fellowship (CUCF), Cross River State 31st Anniversary, leaving behind unforgettable memories, renewed inspiration, and countless testimonies of God's faithfulness.
The Grand Finale commenced with a spiritually enriching Divine Service conducted by DV. Victor Letam, the Zonal Priest of Abasi Obori Zone.
π Delivering a thought-provoking sermon titled "Another Look at Little", the preacher reminded the congregation of the immense value and divine potential embedded in what the world often considers insignificant.

with a witness lesson taken from:

The message emphasized that greatness often begins from humble beginnings and that God delights in using the "little" to accomplish mighty purposes.
πΆ The atmosphere of worship was further elevated through the rendition of Hymns 120, 424, and 950, which inspired hearts and prepared minds for the day's activities.
Following the Divine Service, the Children of God embarked on a highly spiritual and colourful outing through the environs of Abasi Obori and Atu Streets. The procession, characterized by songs of praise, unity, and joyful fellowship, attracted the admiration of residents and passers-by who watched in amazement as the children marched in celebration of God's goodness.
β¨ Upon their return, the Grand Finale proper commenced with the formal introduction of the Master of Ceremony by the Committee Chairman, followed by the recognition of distinguished members of the High Table and invited guests.
One of the most anticipated moments of the day was the final stage of the Pageantry Competition, where contestants displayed confidence, intelligence, grace, and excellence before the audience and judges.
π At the end of the keenly contested event, Sabbath Sister Love Eno-Obong emerged victorious and was officially crowned the Face of CUCF CRS 2026, marking the beginning of her reign as an ambassador of excellence among the children.
π The celebration also featured the inspiring Setting of the Altar Competition by the little Sabbath Children, whose creativity, dedication, and spiritual understanding captivated the audience and demonstrated the beauty of nurturing young minds in the ways of God.
π In recognition of outstanding performances and contributions throughout the anniversary week, awards and prizes were presented to participants across various competitions and activities, bringing smiles and excitement to many faces.
As the event drew to a close, hearts overflowed with gratitude to God for His guidance, protection, and abundant blessings which ensured the successful completion of the 31st Anniversary Celebration.
Indeed, the week served as a powerful reminder that the future belongs to the little children, and that through faith, unity, discipline, and divine knowledge, greater heights await the generations to come.
