“But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

Every encounter with God’s Word demands a response.

After hearing, learning, and receiving, Heaven asks one question:

👉 What next?

Because in the Kingdom, what you do with what you hear determines what becomes of your life.

THE COMMAND: BE DOERS

“Be doers…” is not a suggestion—it is a command.

What it means:

Act on the Word

Practice what you hear

Live out the truth

👉 The Word was not given for information, but for transformation.

THE DANGER: HEARERS ONLY

“…not hearers only…”

Who is a hearer only?

Someone who listens but does not act

Someone who is inspired but unchanged

Signs of hearers only:

Always excited but never committed

Always learning but never growing

Always receiving but never producing

👉 Hearing alone creates illusion of growth.

THE DECEPTION: SELF-DECEIT

“…deceiving yourselves.”

How does deception happen?

You think you are growing because you know more

You assume understanding equals obedience

👉 Knowledge without action is self-deception.

WHAT NEXT? (THE KINGDOM RESPONSE)

A. APPLY IMMEDIATELY

Don’t delay obedience.

👉 What God says now is meant for now.

B. START WHERE YOU ARE

You don’t need everything figured out.

👉 Obedience begins with what you already know.

C. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

Stop waiting for:

Perfect conditions

More confirmation

External motivation

👉 Growth is your responsibility.

D. BUILD CONSISTENCY

One action is not enough make it a lifestyle.

👉 Repeated obedience produces transformation.

Happy birthday to our dear Vision Coordinator, a trailblazer, a distinguished teacher, a seasoned counselor, a prophet of God, and an extraordinary father.

Today, with great joy and deep honor, I celebrate a man after God’s own heart, Amb Dr. Ezekiel Godwin.

Papa, your life is a shining testimony of grace, wisdom, discipline, sacrifice, and unwavering devotion to God and humanity. You have consistently served as a source of light, direction, encouragement, and inspiration to everyone privileged to encounter you.

Through your teachings, counsel, prophetic insight, and fatherly care, many lives have been transformed, destinies redirected, and hope restored.

On this special occasion of your birthday, I pray that the Lord will continue to prosper you and keep you in sound health, even as your soul prospers. May the Almighty God continually set you apart for honor, lift you above limitations, and distinguish you among your contemporaries. May He do for you what no man can do, open doors no one can shut, and cause kings and helpers of destiny to rise on your behalf.

As a city set upon a hill, you shall never be hidden. The light of God upon your life shall never dim. Wherever you go, you will continue to shine brightly and illuminate lives. Encounter Jesus Service was truly scintillating and spirit-saturated.
From the opening prayer that set the atmosphere ablaze, to the intense intercessory session led by the Vision Coordinator, Amb. Dr. Ezekiel Godwin, the heavens were undeniably open.

The Word Ministration by Pst. Emmanuel Edemumo, Esq. came with depth, clarity, and divine authority — piercing hearts, igniting faith, and stirring destinies. It was indeed a night of wonders, renewal, and tangible encounters.

In a beautiful crescendo of glory, Pst. Kemy Praiz ushered the Wealthy Family into a nostalgic realm of worship and praise — a sacred atmosphere where burdens dissolved and hearts ascended in adoration.

TOPIC: CROWNED IN HIS PRESENCE.
TEXT: PSALMS 16:11

The presence of God is His Palace for His children.
We have God's crown because of we are children of the King( God).

The presence of God is home and Palace for the children of God.
The presence of God is where God's glory resides.

UNIQUE FACTS ABOUT THE PRESENCE OF GOD
1) God made man with an enviable crown of glory and honour.

2) Distance from God leads to loss of glory.
Gen 3:8-10

3) Encounter with Jesus brings restoration.
The crown on the head of a King is useless until he uses his mouth.
Know the glory you carry.
Isa 6: 1-8

REASONS WHY MANY HEADS LACK CROWN
1) Unfruitful distraction: This means being busy but barren( always doing all but never productive). Mark 11:2-14
Anybody can live in the palace but not everybody can be King.

2) It is because many are busy but not productive. They are active but absent.

3) Service in avoidance
This is when you are serving with hypocrisy and dishonesty.

HOW TO RETAIN A CROWN
1) Desire His presence at all times. Exodus 33:15
2) Value intimacy. Matt 6:6
3) Walk in obedience. John 4:23
4) Return home when you fall.

*TOPIC: UNDERSTANDING TIME*
*TEXT: 1ST CHRONICLES 12:32*

The most prominent people in war were/ are those who understand/ understood time.
Time is a creation.Gen 1:14 God lives outside time.
Time is God's interference between heaven and Earth.
Ecclesiastes 9:11-12

Time is a created system.

TWO DIMENSIONS OF TIME.

1) CHRONOS : It is measured time. It has to do with Seconds, minutes,hours, days, weeks, months, years, seasons, and has to do with human schedule.
2nd Chronicles 7:1

2) KAIROS: It is an appointed time. It is a divine moment.
Genesis 18:10, 14
This is where process, patience & growth takes place.

Appointed time is when God enters into your time. It is God's intervention and God's window.

Kairos does not obey clock but only obeys purpose.

When God enters into time:
1) Seasons shift suddenly.
2) Long delay collapses into moment.

TIME AS A TOOL FOR ENLARGEMENT.
1) God uses delay to align people with enlargement.
God's delay is not suffering but training.
* Time is not just a measure, it is a law. Time is an authority that governs every operation on Earth.
* Nothing transitions without time.
* Nothing grow without time.
Habakkuk 2:3

Time is stage on which glory appear.
Glory is eternal while time is temporal.
When glory visits time, revival comes.

* A reservation of harvest brings more harvests.
* There's always an end of time- Rev 10:6

WHAT IT MEANS TO REDEEM TIME.

1)To recover lost season.
2). To extract value from pain.
3) To turn delay into wisdom.
