HE HATH DONE IT ALREADY

I found a Scripture so powerful and so true that my heart clung to it. It agrees so deeply with the Gospel that I am still amazed by it.

Isaiah 44:21–28

Carefully take a look at what the Lord is saying. He is not speaking merely about what He is going to do; He speaks of what He has already done.

That is what changes everything about this truth.

He says:

“I have formed thee: thou art my servant...”
“I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions...”
“I have redeemed thee...”
“I have made the earth...”
“I have raised up Cyrus...”

Look at the certainty of God's language: I have done it.

This is the beauty of the Gospel.

The Gospel is not primarily a message of something God is still trying to accomplish. It is the announcement of what God has accomplished in Christ.

Christ has come.
Christ has died.
Christ has risen.
Redemption has been accomplished.
Sin has been dealt with.
The way to God has been opened.

“It is finished.” — John 19:30

What the prophets spoke about, God brought to fulfilment in Christ.

God has confirmed His word and performed the counsel of His messengers. What He promised through Abraham, Moses, the Law, and the Prophets was moving toward one great fulfilment—the person and work of Jesus Christ.

Paul said:

“For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.”
— 2 Corinthians 1:20

This is why our faith is not built on wishful thinking.

We are not trying to convince God to become faithful.

He has already been faithful.

We are not trying to make redemption happen.

He has already redeemed us.

We are not waiting for Christ to come and complete His work.

He came, and He completed it.

The question is no longer, “Will God do it?”

The Gospel declares, “Look at what God has already done in Christ.”

This changes the way we believe, the way we pray, the way we live, and the way we see ourselves.

Faith does not create God's finished work.

Faith receives, rests in, and walks in what God has already accomplished.

So read Isaiah 44 again with the Gospel in your heart.

Look at the language.

“I have...”

God is revealing Himself as the God who accomplishes what He declares.

And when we come to Christ, we are not coming to an uncertain God.

We are coming to the God who has already spoken, already acted, already fulfilled His purpose, and has revealed His final answer in His Son.

Believe it or leave it, it is true.

God has done it already.

REVEALING CHRIST INTERNATIONAL GOSPEL CENTER (RCIGC)

A.K.A. CHRIST CITY

5–10 YEAR VISION AND MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Tagline: Raising People, Releasing Destinies

Vision Scripture:
“Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ.” — Ephesians 4:13

Mission:
To eradicate ignorance of Christ among believers by revealing Him through revelational, Spirit-rooted and Scripture-based teaching.

---

1. OUR BIG PICTURE

Over the next 5–10 years, RCIGC desires to become a firmly established Christ-centred teaching, discipleship, training and missions ministry, raising believers who know Christ deeply, understand the Scriptures correctly, live by the realities of the New Covenant, and are equipped to fulfil God’s purpose.

We do not desire to build a ministry around personality, fame, crowds or an institutional empire. We desire to build people in Christ.

Our success will therefore not be measured merely by the size of our congregation, the number of programs we organise, or the buildings we possess, but by the number of people who genuinely come to the knowledge of Christ, spiritual maturity, usefulness and Christlike living.

RCIGC will become a place where people can come to learn Christ, encounter Christ, grow in Christ, serve Christ and reproduce Christ's life and message in others.

---

2. WHERE WE WANT TO BE IN 5 YEARS

Within the first five years, RCIGC should be firmly established in Calabar, Cross River State, with a recognised ministry structure, a strong teaching culture, trained workers and a growing community of mature believers.

Our 5-year objectives include:

A. A STRONG CHRIST-CENTRED LOCAL CHURCH

We want to establish a healthy and growing local assembly in Calabar where:

- Christ is the centre of everything we do.
- The Word of God is taught consistently.
- Believers are discipled rather than merely gathered.
- Members understand their identity in Christ.
- The New Covenant is clearly taught.
- People are trained for ministry and Christian service.
- Every believer understands that he or she has a place in God's purpose.

We want RCIGC to become known first for what people learn and become, not simply for the programs we organise.

---

3. BUILD A STRONG TEACHING AND DISCIPLESHIP SYSTEM

One of our greatest priorities is to develop a systematic teaching culture.

RCIGC should have a structured pathway through which a new believer can move from conversion to maturity.

This pathway should include:

Salvation → Foundation → Knowledge of Christ → Spiritual Growth → Character → Service → Leadership → Reproduction

We will develop structured teaching materials on subjects such as:

- The Person of Christ
- The finished work of Christ
- The New Covenant
- The believer's identity in Christ
- The Holy Spirit
- Faith
- Grace
- Prayer
- Christian character
- Spiritual gifts
- Evangelism
- Discipleship
- Christian service
- Understanding Scripture
- The Kingdom of God
- The Gospel
- Christian leadership
- Purpose and usefulness

Our long-term goal is to establish a Christ Knowledge Institute or equivalent teaching/training arm of RCIGC where believers and ministers can receive systematic biblical instruction.

---

4. DEVELOP LEADERS AND TEACHERS

RCIGC must not depend permanently on one man.

The ministry should deliberately identify, train and release men and women who can faithfully teach the Scriptures and carry the ministry's vision.

Over five years, we want to establish a leadership-development system that produces:

- Teachers of the Word
- Evangelists
- Pastoral leaders
- Discipleship leaders
- Children's ministry workers
- Youth leaders
- Prayer leaders
- Missions workers
- Administrators
- Media and communication workers
- Community outreach workers

Our goal is to raise people who can raise other people.

---

5. ESTABLISH A STRONG MEDIA AND DIGITAL TEACHING MINISTRY

Because the mission of RCIGC is fundamentally teaching-oriented, the ministry should develop a strong digital teaching platform.

Over the next five years, we want to build an organised library of:

- Audio teachings
- Video teachings
- Written teachings
- Sermon manuscripts
- Bible study materials
- Discipleship courses
- Books
- E-books
- Podcasts
- Online classes

The existing teaching communication channels can develop into a larger RCIGC Digital School of Christ, making the teaching available beyond Calabar.

Our message should not remain inside the walls of a church building.

---

6. DEVELOP A PUBLISHING AND LITERATURE ARM

RCIGC should become a ministry that produces literature capable of preserving and spreading its teaching.

Over the 5–10 year period, we intend to develop a publishing structure through which we can produce:

- Books
- Study manuals
- Discipleship materials
- Bible study guides
- Training manuals
- Conference materials
- Children's materials
- Evangelistic literature

The written Word will allow the teaching received in one generation to serve generations after us.

---

7. ESTABLISH REGULAR CONFERENCES AND TEACHING MEETINGS

RCIGC should develop a recognisable calendar of annual and periodic teaching events.

These may include:

WORD CONFERENCES

Focused on the revelation and teaching of Christ.

APOSTOLIC TEACHING CONFERENCES

Focused on foundational New Testament truths and spiritual maturity.

HEALING AND GOSPEL MEETINGS

Taking the Gospel to people with a practical demonstration of God's Word.

LEADERSHIP AND MINISTERS' TRAINING

Equipping those called into Christian service.

DISCIPLESHIP SCHOOLS

Intensive teaching for believers who desire deeper understanding.

The emphasis should remain Christ, the Gospel and the Word, rather than creating programs simply for publicity.

---

8. MISSIONS AND CHURCH PLANTING

Within 5–10 years, RCIGC should begin deliberately extending beyond Calabar.

Our first responsibility is to establish a strong base in Cross River State, and from there develop missions into other parts of Nigeria and, as resources and leadership permit, other nations.

The long-term objective is not simply to establish branches carrying the RCIGC name.

We want to establish Christ-centred communities of believers carrying the same teaching and discipleship DNA.

Every mission should be built on:

Christ → Scripture → Discipleship → Maturity → Service → Reproduction.

---

9. COMMUNITY IMPACT

Although teaching and discipleship remain central to our mandate, the Gospel must also produce useful people who contribute positively to society.

RCIGC should develop practical community initiatives that may include:

- Educational support
- Youth development
- Skills development
- Assistance to vulnerable families
- Evangelism
- Medical/community outreaches where feasible
- Support for widows and vulnerable persons
- Christian counselling and mentoring
- Leadership development

We want people to see that knowing Christ should make a believer more useful, responsible, compassionate and productive.

---

10. DEVELOP A STRONG YOUTH AND NEXT-GENERATION MOVEMENT

The future of the ministry must not be built only around the present generation.

RCIGC should deliberately invest in children, teenagers and young adults.

We want to raise a generation that:

- Knows Christ personally.
- Understands Scripture.
- Thinks biblically.
- Rejects ignorance and manipulation.
- Understands purpose.
- Develops useful skills.
- Serves God faithfully.
- Takes responsibility for the future of the Gospel.

The children and young people of today should become tomorrow's teachers, missionaries, pastors, leaders and servants of Christ.

---

11. WHERE WE WANT TO BE IN 10 YEARS

By the end of ten years, our vision is for RCIGC to have developed from a local ministry in Calabar into a recognised Christ-centred teaching and discipleship movement with a strong base in Cross River State and an expanding influence beyond Nigeria.

We envision:

A. A STRONG MINISTRY BASE IN CALABAR

A permanent and functional ministry centre that can accommodate:

- Worship services
- Bible teaching
- Discipleship classes
- Leadership training
- Conferences
- Offices
- Media production
- Library/resource centre
- Children's ministry
- Prayer and counselling
- Training programs

B. A TRAINED MINISTRY FAMILY

A substantial body of mature believers and trained leaders who understand and can communicate the RCIGC vision.

C. A CHRIST KNOWLEDGE TRAINING CENTRE

A structured institute where believers, workers and ministers can receive systematic teaching in Christ, Scripture, discipleship and Christian ministry.

D. A STRONG DIGITAL REACH

RCIGC teachings should be accessible to people across Nigeria, Africa and other parts of the world through digital platforms.

E. A PUBLISHING ARM

A sustainable literature ministry producing books and teaching resources that preserve and spread the message.

F. MISSIONS AND CHURCHES

A growing number of Christ-centred assemblies and mission works established through properly trained leaders.

G. A NEW GENERATION OF LEADERS

A generation of men and women who were raised through RCIGC and are now raising others.

---

12. OUR MEASUREMENT OF SUCCESS

We must be careful about what we call success.

Our greatest measurement should not be:

How big did we become?

It should be:

How many people became more like Christ?

Therefore, we will measure progress through:

- People coming to Christ.
- Believers becoming established in the Word.
- Disciples becoming mature.
- Workers being trained.
- Leaders being raised.
- Teachers being developed.
- Families being strengthened.
- People becoming useful.
- Missions being established.
- Christ-centred churches being planted.
- Teaching materials being produced.
- The Gospel reaching new communities.

---

13. THE CULTURE WE WANT TO BUILD

As RCIGC grows, we must protect the culture that gave birth to the ministry.

We want to remain:

CHRIST-CENTRED — Christ must remain the centre.

SCRIPTURE-BASED — God's Word must govern our doctrine.

SPIRIT-ROOTED — We depend on the Holy Spirit for understanding and ministry.

DISCIPLESHIP-FOCUSED — We are raising disciples, not merely gathering crowds.

PEOPLE-CENTRED — We build people rather than personalities.

MISSION-MINDED — We take Christ beyond our walls.

TEACHING-DRIVEN — We believe ignorance must be confronted with truth.

SERVICE-ORIENTED — Every believer should discover usefulness.

KINGDOM-MINDED — The work belongs to Christ, not to an individual.

---

14. OUR 10-YEAR DECLARATION

For the next decade, RCIGC will commit itself to one central assignment:

TO REVEAL CHRIST, RAISE PEOPLE AND RELEASE DESTINIES.

We will teach Christ.

We will reveal Christ.

We will disciple believers.

We will raise mature sons and daughters.

We will train leaders.

We will send workers.

We will establish communities of believers.

We will take the Gospel beyond our immediate environment.

We will preserve the message through books and teaching resources.

We will build structures that can serve generations.

But above everything else, we will seek to remain faithful to the revelation of Jesus Christ and the Scriptures.

Our prayer is that after many years, when people look back at RCIGC, they will not simply remember a building, a program, a personality or a period in history.

They will be able to say:

“Through this ministry, we came to know Christ.”

And that is the heart of our vision.

IT IS CHRISTFULLNESS THAT MAKES A PERSON PERFECT.

PART 1

No holy and righteous man can be perfect outside the perfection that is found ONLY in Christ.

You may live for 100 years without committing a single sinful act, yet that alone cannot make you perfect.

Let me shock you:

It is not sinfulness that makes a person imperfect.
It is not sinlessness that makes a person perfect.
It is CHRISTFULLNESS!

Sin is certainly contrary to the nature and life of God, but the ultimate standard of perfection is not merely the absence of sinful actions. The standard is Christ Himself.

A man can become very disciplined, morally upright, religious, and outwardly blameless, yet still not possess the perfection God has provided in Christ.

Our perfection is not the product of our flawless performance.
Our perfection is the result of our union with Christ.

This is why Scripture says:

> “For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.” — Hebrews 10:14

Notice that carefully: “He hath perfected.”

Christ is not merely helping imperfect people to eventually become perfect through their own performance. He Himself is our perfection.

The New Testament does not present Jesus as merely the One who teaches us how to become perfect. He is our righteousness, our holiness, our sanctification, and our completeness.

1 Corinthians 1:30 says that Christ Jesus “is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption.”

Therefore, the question is not merely:

“How sinless have you become?”

The greater question is:

“How much of Christ are you walking in?”

Because perfection in the New Covenant is not SINLESSNESS WITHOUT CHRIST.

It is CHRISTFULLNESS.

The more Christ is revealed, the more His life is expressed through you.

Christ is the perfection God was looking for—and Christ is the perfection He has given to us.

When pulpit becomes pursuit rather than God's purpose, you're off from his will.
The hunger to see God's will done must be what's running you crazy in the ministry. Outside that you're on your own.
