17 YEARS OF GOD’S FAITHFULNESS, PRESERVATION AND UNENDING GRACE!

Today, my amazing 3rd Son, CHIEMERIE WISDOM BRUNO, turns 17!

Seventeen years ago, God placed this precious gift in my hands. Today, I look at him with a heart full of gratitude and say, EBENEZER! Thus far, the Lord has helped us!

My son, as you step into this new chapter, I pray that the hand of God will rest mightily upon your life. May He protect you, guide your steps, and give you wisdom beyond your years.

I decree that you will excel in everything good you do. May excellence, favor, wisdom and grace distinguish you. May doors of great opportunities open before you, and may every God-given gift and talent in you flourish.

May God protect you from danger, wrong influences and decisions that could derail your destiny. May He preserve your health, give you discernment, and surround you with people who genuinely want to see you become all God created you to be.

May your future be brighter than your past. May you grow into a man of integrity, discipline, compassion, wisdom and great character. May your life become a blessing to your family and to everyone you encounter.

🚨 BE CAREFUL WHO YOU INVITE INTO YOUR MARRIAGE—SOME PROBLEMS NEED A CONVERSATION, NOT AN AUDIENCE.

I’m sharing this from the heart because marriage is something we should protect.

Marriage is not always easy. There will be days you feel deeply connected and days when you simply don't understand each other.

When those difficult moments come, remember this: your spouse is your partner, not your enemy.

Before calling everyone to explain what happened, try sitting down with your spouse.

Talk. Listen. Say sorry when you're wrong. Forgive when you can. And please, don't use yesterday's mistakes to hurt each other today.

Protect your spouse's dignity, even when you're angry. Not every disagreement needs to leave your home.

And don't forget the beautiful parts of marriage. Laugh together. Check on each other. Appreciate the little things. Make time for one another. Keep being friends.

If there is a serious problem or anyone is unsafe, please seek appropriate help. Asking for help is not failure.

But when it is simply a disagreement, sometimes what your marriage needs most is patience, a calm conversation, forgiveness, and two people willing to try again.

Marriage becomes happier when we stop trying to win against each other and start trying to understand each other.

Protect your peace. Protect your friendship. Protect your marriage.

🚨 ONE DAY, YOUR CHILD WILL HAVE A FRIEND THEY TRUST MORE THAN YOU.

And when that day comes, your greatest protection may not be knowing everything about their friendship—it may be knowing that your child knows how to think, choose, and speak up.

As children grow, their world expands. They meet new people, form friendships, share experiences, and begin making decisions without us standing beside them.

That’s why parenting is not about watching every conversation or controlling every friendship.

It’s about teaching them discernment.

Teach your child that not everyone who is friendly is trustworthy. Teach them to recognize character, respect boundaries, protect personal information, and walk away from situations that make them uncomfortable.

But most importantly, build a home where they know:

“Even if I make a mistake, I can always come home and talk to my parent.” ❤️

Because the goal isn’t to raise children who are afraid of the world.

The goal is to raise children who are wise enough to navigate it.

ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKES PARENTS MAKE IS THINKING THEIR JOB IS OVER WHEN THEIR CHILDREN GROW UP. ❤️

Your children may become independent, make their own decisions, and build lives of their own—but they never completely outgrow the need for your love, wisdom, guidance, encouragement, and prayers.

Give them room to grow, make mistakes, and learn, but always let them know you are there when life gets difficult.

Listen more. Judge less. Correct with love. Celebrate their progress. Teach them responsibility, resilience, good values, and the courage to ask for help.

You may not hold their hands forever, but make sure they always know that home is a safe place to return to.

Parenting changes as children grow, but love and guidance should never stop. ❤️
