SPIRITUAL LEADER PLS LISTEN

There is something many ministers are lacking today, and sadly, it has caused many people to fall away, damaged churches, and weakened the proper flow of God’s power and order in the church.

Not everyone who enters your church is automatically a member.

A person may come into your church because of the way they dress, the way they speak, their financial status, or because they attend services consistently. Before you know it, the person is being considered for the position of deacon, pastor, leader, or worker simply because the leadership wants to keep them in the church.

That is dangerous.

As a spiritual leader, you must learn to seek God before placing people in positions of authority.

Some people may genuinely come to serve God. Others may come with different motives. Some may be fault-finders, observers, or people who are simply looking for weaknesses within the church.

Do not ordain a person simply because they are new, active, generous, or always present in church.

Before you place someone in leadership, ask God: “Lord, who is this person?”

And pastors, please be careful about revealing sensitive information to new members just because you want them to remain in your church.

Do not tell them the private matters of other members.
Do not expose the weaknesses of fellow ministers.
Do not reveal confidential issues between pastors just to make a new person feel important or accepted.

A church is not strengthened by revealing secrets; it is strengthened by wisdom, prayer, discernment, holiness, and trust.

Jesus Himself did not commit Himself to everyone who claimed to believe in Him, because He knew what was in people. (John 2:24–25)

Leadership is not about how long someone has attended church. Leadership is about character, spiritual maturity, faithfulness, calling, and proven fruit.

🔥 PRAY BEFORE YOU PROMOTE.
🔥 DISCERN BEFORE YOU TRUST.
🔥 TEST BEFORE YOU ORDAIN.
🔥 PROTECT CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
🔥 DO NOT SACRIFICE GOD’S ORDER JUST TO KEEP PEOPLE.

A church should never compromise spiritual discernment simply because it is afraid of losing a member.

PRAY — BECAUSE YOUR WORDS MATTER 🙏🔥

You should pray. Your prayer is not just words—it is an expression of your faith before God.

Sometimes, the battle you are facing may not be visible to people, but God sees it. When you pray, you invite God into the situation. What comes out of your mouth in faith can become a declaration of victory over what is fighting against you.

Don’t keep silent when you should be praying. Speak the Word of God. Declare His promises. Ask Him to fight for you.

“The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.” — Exodus 14:14

Pray today. Believe God. Your battle is not yours alone—let God fight for you! 🔥🙏

⚠️ BE CAREFUL WHO YOU ALLOW CLOSE TO YOU

Not every battle comes from what you can see spiritually. Sometimes, the danger can come through people around you. A person can watch your movements, study what you wear, expose your private matters, or deliberately work against you.

But don’t live in fear or suspicion. Stay prayerful, walk with wisdom, and trust God to protect you. 🙏🔥
